self-doctoring, thanksgiving, stains and job.....

I learned my lesson. Took me years but I am a very slow learner. This next section may be too graphic if you're a guy so skip to the next paragraph. I'm writing this so I will remember and no one else acts as dumb as me. I stopped taking my antibiotic the other day because I was getting a yeast infection ....even though I have been taking acidophiles too. Well, all my symptoms started coming back....especially the sore throat. Got big lectures from Dr. Karla and Dr. Mom. Karla told me to get back on and call my doctor for a one pill prescription for diflucan. (She even texted it to me on my cell so I'd get the name right....does my girl know me or what? lol). So I followed her advice. Called Beth Belgarde and got another lecture (nurse at GH). Hopefully I'll start feeling better. I went to Silverdale pharmacy to get my pill and they hadn't even filled it yet....3 hours after it had been called in! They must have been really busy. So I'll go after work today.

Well, I found some other lonely person to spend Thanksgiving with. My brother, David. He's going to come over and have dinner and watch football and maybe a movie. That will be nice. Maybe I can make him mad by beating him at a game of something. lol!

I have a question. Do any of my readers (or my people...just call me Moses lol)... know of a good laundry spray? I stain my shirts all the time. Plain t's that I have to wear to work don't look good with spots. Frustrating, too. Not that t-shirts are expensive, but I don't have the money to keep replacing them.

I can't believe I have a reader from Georgia named Kelly! That is great! Not sure how she found me...but pretty cool she likes my site and my family. Me too. I think some of Karla's readers or Kristen's jump over.

I don't think I got that job at Westsound Orthopedics. She said she would call one way or the other on Friday. When I got home from work there was a message from her asking me to call her back on Monday since she was getting ready to leave for the day. I wish she would have just told me I didn't get it on the phone or called my cell phone instead of making me wait all weekend. oh well.

That was a nasty storm that came through yesterday afternoon! I was on the bridge waiting for a big boat to go through (even though it was dark and I couldn't see nothing but a few lights) and that bridge was moving really good! Scared me to death! Then driving home there were leaves and branches going everywhere. I lit a candle and prayed when I got home. (no....i'm not catholic.... i lit the candle in case the power went out). It was done by the time papa got home. Another thing I hate about fall.

Hope you all have a fabulous weekend! Papa and I are hopefully going to church tonight! I hope we remember! God bless.....

SHOUT!! I swear by it. I had a pink shirt and got a little boys blood ALL over it from the daycare, it was covered, I sprayed it and it came out, it gets out grass stains and just about everything you could think of!!

I swear by the Shout too. It gets out EVERYTHING. I've even gotten old stains out that I resigned would never come out, but they did.

I use Spray'N Wash stain stick. Bob doesn't feel a meal is complete unless I spill on myself. I like it because as soon as you take the shirt off you can rub the stain with the stick then throw it in the laundry basket. I don't have to pull anything out to treat before washing.

I use Oxyclean (the spray, the powder is bad for your septic) on everything, if it is white tshirts get the Clorox Stain stick. It is bleach and you just brush it over your stain, and it keeps you whites, white.
