That is too bad. That could be why they are having a hard time keeping people. Nobody wants to work with the girls they have. If they ask why you don't want to work, I would let them know. I know Julie would be interested in knowing. She has talked about the hiring problems a few times.
But, there is always something else that might not be quite as stressful or busy.
Goood luck, you'll find something.
