I hurt. My body hurts and I am not sure why. Especially my back...kind of my right mid section. I thought it was from pulling clothes out of the closet repeatedly and laying them on my bed. But how many days will it hurt? It seems like I can't do anything any more without paying the price. Pain makes me a bit crabby too. However, it doesn't have to.
I love Andrew. We had a great time talking and him playing with the cat before we all had to leave yesterday. Then he popped his head in after dropping Jael off up the street (her and her mom are staying about 5 miles up the road) to tell us a coyote crossed in front of him on the road. That is why you have to be careful on the road out this way... we have seen coyotes, fox, bear, deer, raccoon, and even that eagle out here! There are also cougar....just haven't seen one yet. When we first moved here Patrick asked why we live in a jungle. lol! Anyway, to see Andrew change into a man for God blesses my heart beyond anything. He loves the Lord so much and wants to see everyone have an amazing relationship with Him too!!! He is such an encouragement to me.
Yesterday we went to Makoa's bday party. You wouldn't believe the food. Makoa's grandma is Filipino and she sure cooks up a storm! Wish I had Amanda with me! She would have loved it. (I still like Amanda's lumpia best....lol) It was just a huge buffet of food! We only knew a few people. A few of Kevon's friends and I talked with them for a bit. Lanny got to talk with Kapono for a bit. (Kapono is a good friend of Kevon's that is why there is a connection....and Lanny worked with Kapono so I took care of their son Makoa.....see how it all connects?) I love Angela (Kapono's wife....Makoa's mom) She is one of the sweetest people. We basically ate a bit, visited a little, I gave Makoa his presents and we left. Stayed about an hour. Only took these two pictures. Makoa was running and playing with the kids so I only got the present time with him. lol

It was nice to see the sun...but it was cold and windy! Love the picture of Makoa. Hate the picture of me. Nice cleavage shot! Whatever. Couldn't redo it because he had to run and show his mama his motorcycle!!!! Also got him a video and candy. Papa used to always give him those mini Reece's cups. It was their thing.
We stopped at Albertson's and then came home to relax. I was so sore and tired. If it doesn't feel better in a few days I may have to go see Dr. Chun. Not that she can do anything. I need to start documenting. I don't know why I just wrote that! lol! I must still be sleepy.
I hate drama. I really do. The older I get.. the more I hate it. As I get older I
try to stay out of other peoples business. I
try not to let things affect me. I
try not to get into debates or arguments that are not worth it. I try to pick my battles carefully. But my family I will always stick up for. I love my family. They may not always show me or tell me how much they love me but I'd like to believe they still do. I'd like to believe they would be there if I needed them as I would be for them. There is such a fine line between interfering and helping. I have crossed the line in the pass and try not to do it anymore. Even with my grandchildren. I listen more and advise less. Many times it is all they need. Not someone to champion for them....but someone to listen and stand behind them....not in front of them. I will always have their backs. However.... I think I will take the day off from texts and drama and stuff.....
I hope you have a wonderful Monday and just sit back and not let things get to you! You on board? xoxo
