WHAT???? I AM BACK!!!! With Graduation, Great-Grandchild, Great Nephew nd Growing up!

Well, well, well.  Yes, I was gone from her for 3 months.  That is ridiculous! But here I am.  You can never totally get rid of me.  We need to go back to February to try and catch up.

We were busy.  But certainly not as busy as our grandbabies.  It is very hard to keep up with their schedules.

I'll start with the oldest, Andrew, who turned 23 at the end of February.  He's had a good year and hard year.  His car hit a guard rail which totaled it.  Thankfully he wasn't hurt!  And thankfully his Uncle Kevon helped him to get another car.  It is a bit dented but it is a beautiful car and he really likes it.  It has air conditioning which his other car didn't have.  And he really needed it last weekend when he had his graduation!

We all went to watch him graduate from Northwest University in Kirkland.  The graduation ceremony was held in Redmond at Overlake Church (which is one of the biggest churches in the state).  Andrew got his Bachelor Degree in Pastoral Ministries!

Papa, me, and Lauren rode with Kevon.  It was a good ride.  I trust Kevon.  Karla and Madi drove together. Dylan went home with them but Amanda and Aaron picked up Dylan at University of Washington in Seattle on their way.  Don, Heather, Parker and Jared drove from eastern Washington as did Ryan with his mom.  Tara drove separately and after graduation she got rearended.  That was awful!  Thankfully she was ok and no one was with her. Don helped her with the van and they ended up calling the wrecker.  The rest of us went to dinner in Bellevue Square at a place called The Tavern Hall.  It had really good food.

The trip home was beautiful and weird.  Weird because there were homeless all along the freeway. I never saw tents along a freeway before.  What was beautiful was on the ferry from our car looking at the sunset. It was gorgeous.

So this might not be in order.  Patrick met a beautiful girl last September.  She was having a baby and our Patrick, the sweetheart and loving person he is, fell in love with her and has taken this baby and Madi into his family.  We sent them gifts for a baby shower they had for her down in Arizona where they live and last Thursday Payson Grey was born!!!!  He is a sweetheart and Patrick and Madi are so happy!!!!

So much exciting news!!!  Right????  And  Lauren got her drivers license and is driving all over the place in her Sion  (toaster)!  lol!  Papa lost his job of driving her and also teaching her how to drive. He's kind of sad.  He likes being needed.

Jason David was born on February 26th to my niece Jessica and her Charlie.  So I am a great Auntie again!!!  I am so excited.  He is so incredibly beautiful!  I have to post pics!!!

Don't have many of Jo and Riley but a few.  Here is Riley and her cute girl Brooklyn covering her eyes.

Riley and her Tyler!  lol

Riley ready to play at state today!
Lauren played for Kingston High School.  They didn't do as well as Riley's team.  I am not sure about Lauren's couch.  He certainly isn't fair as far as play time for the girls. He has his favorites, he isn't teaching them by sitting them out, and I know he hurts feelings.  But if the girls complained they didn't play.  I was mad many times but couldn't say anything without it hurting Lauren's game.  Oh well.  They learn life isn't fair rather young.
She's in band and marched at two parades last week.  Lauren and Madi are coming over today to spend the night!   I am excited.  Papa is making BBQ Ribs, Hot Wings and Rice for dinner!   The girls need to talk.  They are so loyal to each other.  If someone is mean to the other they want to kick some butt!!!  I wish my people were as loyal.  If they're mean to me, oh well, as long as they don't feel it I guess. They will still be nice and talk to the ones who hurt me.  I don't get it.

Madi's leather skirt she got when we went to Goodwill.

I love these two.  Talked to Dylan yesterday and he shaved off his beard. Can't wait to see it.  He said he is regretting it.

Scruffy peaking at me.

My Rhodies, strawberry plants, and Papa's Viking Fest tree.
I need to get ready for the girls arrival!  Enjoy your month.   lol!  Let's see if I can write sooner. xoxo
