Mom, Danny, Carter, and junkin!

Ok.... my post is about to calm down dramatically. I won't have as many pictures because there will be no cute baby.

However I have a picture of my cute mama!  Yesterday I picked up Lois and we went to mom's. We got there at 9 and I called her dr to confirm the time.... she was suppose to be there NOW not at 10. I turned around and sure enough... on her calendar it said 9:00! So they changed it to 9:30.  Karla met us there and we all went into the office. We had that doctor laughing. Mom's expressions are so readable! Dr Connie mention the xray they've wanted to take for the past month... she says "I don't like xrays! What if down the road they tell me I shouldn't have had so many?"  I said "What, when you're 110?"  She said "Yes!"  That mother of mine. I need to up her Warfarin and she has a small ulcer on her foot from when it cracked when she was blown up. She needs to treat it.

Anyway... after the circus there we all met Tara at Shari's for breakfast/lunch. David was going to meet us but he had to leave and get some things done. Maybe next time.  We had a nice time. Then when it was time to leave Karla said she was going to the new BIG Goodwill. Mom's eyes lit up! So we followed her over there!  Mom and Lois LOVE the good will.

All I got was a little purse and papa a wallet. Papa asked "Was it a dead mans wallet? Is there any money in it?" No on both questions.  We stopped at a small 2nd hand store on the way home and mom bought me two books. After I clean I need to get into those. Haven't read for awhile. We took mom home. She was exhausted....

Here she is with her bags and waiting for one of us to get her some water. She is pathetic! And tired! lol!

Took Lois down for her doctor appt (she has mom's doctor so I got to see Dr Connie and crew again! They are awesome!)
I talked to all my kids yesterday. That is rare for a Thursday! Saw 2 at lunch, Heather called when I was at mom's, after dropping Lois off I went by Andrew's for a second to find out how his tests went and as I was driving out I got to talk to Ryan! Then Kev called on my way home. So it was a good day!

Today I have the morning to myself. I need to clean some. Papa is off half day because he is going to my doctor! We are taking my mom to get a blood draw too and picking up her med's at the pharmacy.  Another good day. ;D

Joanne is getting moved to a Long Term Facility today. Praying the transfer goes well and things start progressing.  And praising God for all He's done.

My nephew is 8 today! I want to wish Carter a super, duper happy birthday!!!!!

Also family friend... Danny is having a birthday! Happy birthday to him too!
