The girls, the dogs, the ex, the toe, and the Seahawks!

Maddie loves the animals. All morning she spends with them waiting for Lauren to wake up.

I have two girls here! I had Lauren and Andrew Friday.... then Maddie and Karla called Saturday and Maddie wanted to come over all night but wanted Lauren to stay too! So Andrew left, Lauren stayed and we had a good time! Before Maddie came over Papa, Lauren and I played Sorry. I won the first one, her the second and third. Andrew made the little Monkey muffins again. He added chocolate chips to some!  Num!!!  I wasn't feeling all that well, but made a turkey dinner which the girls loved!!!  Ate like little piggies! They watched Shark Boy Lava Girl, took a shower, played dolls and in the fort... just enjoyed being together.

Speaking of gross... this is what my toe looks like STILL! It has been almost 3 weeks and there is no sign of it falling off!  If I was tough I would yank it off. Lanny can't even look at it let alone pull it off for me. Oh, well. I still can't wear a shoe and that is getting old.

I think Sandy is enjoying her time away from the pup.  Their little puppy Mac likes to bug Sandy and play with her.... she is an old woman who only wants human attention... or Toby's! She has been playing with Toby and eating and laying on the back deck taking in the smells or bugging Maddie for lovings. 

I had weird dreams all night long!!!  So strange! Mom was not happy with me yesterday morning. I wasn't feeling well at all so Lanny took her shopping and refilled her pills for her. She was mad I couldn't do it.  So I dreamt she was sitting at a table with people and I yelled at her "I can never please you, can I?" Then I stormed out... but I forgot my purse hanging on a chair by mom. So I had to get Lois's attention to bring me my purse.  After such a dramatic exit I couldn't go back in there!!! lol! I would never yell at my mom in reality. I respect and love her too much! We NEVER showed our parents disrespect in that manner! Ever! Times have changed... haven't they?

Dave is hanging in there.... he has so much work to do!  He is in a lot of pain, he is tired and cranky, and wants NO visitors but Karla and Cheryll!  Lanny was like that after his surgery too.  Then you have to walk, blow into this air thing and do therapy for your breathing.... all sorts of stuff. It is all coming back to me now. It has to be exhausting for Cheryll too.  She is diabetic so keep her in your prayers that she keeps on top of her own health during this time. And pray for Dave. It is going to be a long road.  This is all why I told Lanny to just shoot me if I have to go through it! Seriously. I'm not that strong.

Papa did mom's laundry for her because Lois has been sick... and this morning he took her clothes back to her and turkey wings.  He needs to get home in time for this.....

They posted the #12 flag.... the twelfth man on the field is the fans! Last week the noise was so loud....
