More good news than bad....

No one guessed yesterdays tv clip. It was that nasty woman from "The Weakest Link". Todays should make you smile and someone should for sure get it.

Good news and bad news. Can't get rid of cell phones because of contract ... it would cost me $175 per phone. Yikes! So we'll just reduce what we can. The nice thing is so many of our friends and family have AT&T that we can call each other free! Love that.

Good news... I will have internet until June 10th... when the next cycle starts. That is what I'm paid up until. Then we reevaluate.

Great news... someone I love very much paid one of our bills and caught me up there. I love her and thank her soooo much! I don't know if she'd want her name mentioned here.... she knows who she is and knows how special and loved she is by me.... will be forever and ever!

Good news! I got my F-drive working again! So my pictures are up which I am backing up on discs today. That makes me happy.

Good news... Patrick called from the ball field and we got to talk to him last night. Papa got to talk tooo. Andrew also called papa with questions for his history class. Papa is history. lol! They are studying the Viet Nam and Korean Wars.

Good news! Libby is bringing Mr. Morrison over to visit for a couple weeks. He adapted quite quickly after scoping out mom's place... I think he'll do pretty good. He doesn't seem skittish... pretty mellow. I am praying he is ok with Punkin and Toby. I'll introduce them very slow. No one will be happy for awhile. But they will adjust, right? Stay tuned. I tried to talk Karla into taking him... you can imagine how that went over. Guess where I won't leave my animals in my will! lol! He'll be arriving around noon.

Good news: Papa stayed home today. That surprised me when he came back to bed. Then I was further surprised when I woke up with Toby's head next to mine instead of Papa! lol! Papa was sleeping in his chair. Haven't had opportunity to talk to him yet. He's still sleeping.

Hopeful News..... I heard yesterday from a very reliable source that they were hoping to be done the 29th with the bridge.... but think they will on the 30th now. They tell everyone the 12th of June... so this is unofficial. Inside scoop. I pray it is right! That would mean we only have 11 more days to go! Papa would only have 7 shuttle commuter trips! That would be soooo good!

Today is my friends birthday! We've only been friends for 10 months but I love her dearly!!! Her name is Julie and we met at Snap Fitness. Jeff (personal trainer) really puts her through the wringer and I always tried to protect her. Think I made it worse. lol! Here is a picture of the two! I miss them so much!

Weather To Expect:
It's a cool and wet day. Temperatures are much lower with highs running in the mid to upper 50s. Showers will continue throughout the day with the chance of thunderstorms this afternoon. (BASEBALL ANYONE???) Showers will gradually start tapering off through the night.
A few showers lingering into Wednesday morning, but by the afternoon everybody will be dry. A much drier weather pattern sets up for the remainder of the week. Mostly sunny with temperatures hovering around 70 degrees all the way through the Memorial Day weekend.
