An unusual early May storm blowing in from the Pacific will pound Western Washington with heavy rains and winds gusting in some areas to 55 mph, forecasters in the KIRO 7 Weather Center said.

There is currently a Gale Warning in effect through Tuesday morning, May 5. Service on the Lofall-South Point water shuttle route across the Hood Canal may be disrupted due to high winds and adverse weather. Please check 5-1-1 for updates. Customers are advised to consider making alternate travel plans in the event of service cancellations. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I am posting this now because we may lose power overnight and I may not be able to get on my computer. Lanny said the bus driver said there may not be service after 9 tonight. Those bus drivers are a pillar of information! lol!

They got the truss down this morning and I got some pictures from another website.... so cool!

I've driven over it sooo many times.... now there is this big gap. Kinda sad.
