Wed.... praying the change is good...

Well.... we woke to new leadership. Thanks to President Bush for keeping our land safe for the past 7 years! Thank you to our wonderful military! I pray it remains strong! I am praying for our country.... as always. I wish I could jump on the Obama bandwagon and be all excited.... but his positions on things the Bible says is wrong concern me. My issues with him are mostly moral. But it is awesome to see our country swear in a president of a different race other than white! Our country has come a long way regarding race. Hope I live to see a woman president! Personally.... I think she could do a better job than a man.... they are better multi-taskers, more compassionate, and I'm going to stop there so we don't offend men. Go Sarah! lol!

I slept so bad last night! Was in that 1/2 awake - 1/2 asleep stage most of the night! I hate that..... you wake up feeling like you had 2 hours sleep!

Well.... I got my background changed. I had to copy and paste all gadgets and save them into my email and then put them on this new page. It was a pain in the butt.... but I think it looks nice. What do you think? I've added some stuff and took out some stuff....all the way to the bottom! Check it out!

Stopped at Karla's after work yesterday. The kids didn't have school. Took the s'more maker back to Dylan. Didn't stay long. She seemed distracted. That Maddie and Dylan made me smile and laugh as usual.

I've made a decision to give up on my brother. There is nothing I can do to save him. I'm not going back to his house. He's lied to me and is a big boy that has to make his own decisions. The old saying "Let go, let God" is where I'm at with him again. I'm so sorry he ever moved back to this side of the mountains. It was a mistake. I'm mad at how he has hurt mom.... again. I will always love him and always pray for him.


I don't have much going on right now.... which is a good thing. Coming home and cleaning. Have company coming on Saturday! I'm sooo excited!
