This picture was taken at mom and dad's last anniversary they got to share together. It was downstairs at my house 1-11-2004 because we couldn't bring dad upstairs. He'd already lost both legs and was with us for only 10 more months. Funny how life is.... if we would have known this would be their last we would have thrown a huge party. Instead they shared it with Kevon's birthday at my house. You never know how long you have someone.... no matter their age.... so cherish them.
Now on a lighter note.... oh... this picture cracks me up! We stopped at
Walmart last year on this day... me, mom and Karla. I bought a treadmill. I must be like most people that don't really think about how I will get it home. Because Karla lost her seat and this is where she had to ride. Doesn't she look happy? not
