Homework time.... I'm not so dumb!

I must be getting really boring.  My readership has gone down and Theresa is the only one commenting on my posts. :(   My life is my life... can't really make it more entertaining. Oh well... maybe everyone is busy.

On with my life.  Yesterday I cleaned the toyroom. What a chore!

Punkin seemed to like it.  Speaking of Punkin... she is doing better! She was really sick! She didn't go out all day Tuesday or Tuesday night. Wouldn't eat or drink... just laid on this bed. I got on the bed with her and cried and pet her and prayed for her.  I was worried. I think it was that bird she ate the other day. ewwww! Maybe that will teach her!

I was up until 11:30 last night. Andrew called at 9 asking me a question about Ancient Greece. He is studying it in History. Last weekend he had 10 questions I helped him with and last night he had another 10... so I stayed on the phone and helped him with the questions.  Example of one of the questions:
#5) The Greek city-states united to defeat Persians and create the Dalian league. What were the positive and negative outcomes of this union?
Yea... I am not an expert on Greek history... but I am becoming one! He has a huge test today. I am happy to help him.  Especially when I wake up to this text:
Thank you again so much, Mam. I would probably still be working on History right now if you didn't help me. Thank you SO much! I love you so much, and I'm so thankful for you! You're a great blessing in my life!

It made me cry! I love that kid! He is a smart boy.  He just got his report card... 4.0... strait A's!  He is so much smarter than me!!!My grand kids can melt me!  I read a thing this morning that is so true.... LOVE TO A CHILD IS SPELLED T-I-M-E.
That's what they want from us. I enjoyed time with my kids as they grew up.... and now I wish I still had it. You cannot get it back.  That is why I treasure time with my grandbabies.  They are times I will never get back!  The kids are good at spending time with their kids, too. Which is awesome!

Today I am spending time with a couple of my favorite people! Mom and Lois! We are going to lunch at Sizzlers and then taking mom to the doctor appt. This doctor is Dr. Arthur, the surgeon. There were some things found in mom's last test... in her neck arteries. She is worried she may have to have surgery on them.  Praying not!!!

weather:
Rain/snow mix around Puget Sound this morning. Despite being well above freezing, heavier showers can have some snow mixed in with them. Look for a few mixed showers and sunbreaks throughout the day with Seattle topping out at 44 degrees.
Rain and snow showers in the forecast through Friday morning. The best opportunity for snow Friday morning will be around Hood Canal and along the coast.
Drying out Friday afternoon with mostly sunny skies on the way for Saturday.
Another disturbance moves in Sunday evening, bringing another opportunity for rain and snow showers.

Well.... here is my memory picture, etc... for the day! Enjoy your day! Stay warm and thanks for coming by!
