Missed work, Bonny Hunt, and resumes.....

Well....yesterday was weird. I didn't get to go to work again. This time it was because there was an accident on the bridge. A truck went on it's side. Never heard if anyone was hurt. Karla even called to make sure I was ok and it wasn't me!!!! That was sweet of her. She does love me!!!!

Anyway... I caught up on my Bonnie Hunt shows I've been recording. If you get a chance to record or watch this show....it is great! It is a talk show and she has a variety of different people on it. And she doesn't come out dancing for 10 minutes. She is just so real and funny and I like it alot.

I've avoided salt like a slug and the swelling is going down. We never salt our food anyway....but now I have to read everything. Oh well...ya do what ya gotta do.

Amanda doctored up my resume! Well....she basically made me a whole new one. She did an amazing job! I should get something soon now! It is so good....thank you Amanda!!!!!!

Today I meet with Kathleen. Got changed again yesterday. I hope it happens today. That is all my plans today. That and work and working on dad's website. I still miss him....always will.

Today may be Kern's birthday.....not sure if it was yesterday or today. Papa says it's today because it's on the calendar. But I'm not so sure because when Papa had his tumor removed I called his mom from the hospital to let her know he was fine... and we talked about Kern's birthday.....and I think she may have said it was today. I wish someone would tell me so I can fix my calendars....yes, Marcey, my bathroom one too!

Well, hope you all have a great day!

Today's Forecast: Low pressure moving through will generate more showers, sunbreaks and breezy weather with highs in the lower 60s. South wind will hit 10-25 mph later.
Look for drier weather overnight as showers ease and high pressure takes over tomorrow, bringing a mix of sun and clouds and highs in the mid 60s.
This weekend features a few clouds Saturday with a chance of showers on the north coast, then more sun Sunday. Highs in the 60s Saturday, and 70s Sunday.
Staying dry Monday, but showers threaten again Tuesday.
