Pictures I took of the kids cleaning.....they did an awesome job!

It was such a nice weekend....despite the weather! Made french toast for the kids yesterday morning....they loved it....especially Andrew! He doesn't normally eat in the morning. Then we had our own kids church. Andrew helped me with it. The girls loved it. It was about "God gives us friends" and about friendships at school. Then we cleaned. We put the mattress back, Maddie dusted, Lauren washed, Andrew helped me, we got lots done. Then we got the fall decorations out of the garage and put them up. That was fun. Lauren lost interest fast but Andrew and Maddie loved it. Well, he liked putting them up....she liked going through the boxes. Lol! The girls took a bubble bath and sure had fun. They laughed how their feet and fingers looked like "old ladies". Then we played Bunco. The girls against Andrew and I. They kicked our butt. He kept saying it wasn't fair. Hey...it's the roll of the dice. Papa and I made freezer jam and a blackberry pie. It was just a great day. God is good.
Today there is nothing on my calendar! I hope you have a good day and may God bless your steps and protect you with his angels. Enjoy the first day of Fall! Summer is officially over.
Today: Clouds and sunbreaks with a few showers especially north. High 50s. SW wind 10-20 mph.
Tuesday: Morning fog, afternoon clearing. Highs in the lower 60s.
Wednesday: Rain. High 50s.
Thursday: Morning showers, partly sunny afternoon. Highs in the middle 60s.
Friday and Weekend: Mostly sunny and warmer. Highs in the upper 60s.
Weather Summary: Low pressure scooting through today will generate a few showers at times but also allow some sun to shine through every so often this afternoon. A break from the wet weather tomorrow, then a storm front adds rain to the forecast Wednesday. Showers linger into Thursday morning but then we gradually see a drying trend into the weekend as high pressure builds and temperatures warm. A little snow in the North Cascades is possible today above 4,000 feet, basically the ridgetops, not the main passes. Happy first day of Fall!
