Lanny, church, and Joshua......

Another week starts. It is day 7 since Lanny's mom has eaten. We didn't call yesterday. We'll call Rita today to see how everyone is holding up. Lanny is home today. I'm afraid the stress of it all is taking it's toll. He rarely cries.....but he's broke down several times. It's natural.....I would hate for him to try to hold it all in. He's doing good about talking about it and being open with me. Keep him in your prayers. I worry about his health, too.

Was really down yesterday for some reason. I went to church, alone, which is kind of a drag. Church was good. Gave Pastor Barry the other berry pie I had made. We were emailing last week about how good it smelled baking etc....and he said I was cruel. First thing he said to me at church, too.....but when I told him his pie was down in the frig....he changed his mind. lol! He misses Lanny. Everyone there does... I cannot count how many asked about him and his mom. Got lots of hugs....felt good.

Stopped at WalMart on my way home. We took an hour long nap....maybe longer. Had trouble sleeping last night....that's what happens when you sleep during the day! The phone was quiet all day. But Dylan and Maddie called to wish us a happy grandparents day. Also got a cute email from Jo and Riley!

This morning I have to go to mom's and deal with Medicare again.

Joshua starts preschool today!!!! And Heather starts her job! Hope she calls tonight and lets us know how they did! Change is always exciting but scary.

Well.....I am done. Have a good day, everyone.

Today: Sunny after spotty morning fog. High 70s.
Tuesday: Morning clouds, afternoon sun. Highs around 70.
Wednesday and Thursday: Partly to mostly sunny. Highs in the mid 70s.
Friday and Weekend: Mostly sunny. Highs in the lower to middle 70s.
