Good Morning! It is pouring outside but I have a song in my heart! Today is Libby's Christmas Party/Brunch/Ornament/Cookie Exchange for the girls in the family! Every year! The best time! Hopefully the rain will clear while I get mom. She'll probably come in her slippers... but that's ok! It is family! Mom, 2 sisters, 4 nieces, 1 granddaughter, and 3 daughters! That is my morning! Will post pictures later! Don't know how many there will be... everyone hates their picture taken it seems.
Yesterday was good. We left at 6:30 in the morning! Stopped at mom's and gave her meds. Then went Christmas Shopping. Got it all at Walmart! Took awhile because everyone that works there knows Lanny and they had to talk ... but they also were quite helpful!!!! We stopped back at mom's after picking something up for her and went home. Day spent wrapping gifts, baking and resting foot. I am terrible at wrapping. But it is done. I am terrible at baking... but they said I had to make my own and they will be sorry. hehehe. They are going to beg for Papa's cookies!
Well... do you like the Christmas decoration cartoon? lol! Looks real! I hope you are looking at me and Andrew's devotions at the top right. We put prayer and thoughts in these to share with you. Hope you take time to read and comment... especially Andrew's. I am so proud of him.
That is all I have this morning. I have to get in the shower and stuff. Have an awesome day!

I laughed at your photo, but seriously when Kurt was here briefly for Thanksgiving, he was on the big ladder getting leaves out of the gutter and the rubber feel SLIPPED on the slick front porch and it slid down the steps with him on it and fell over on top of him and he hurt his back...sigh...he is to go to a doctor tomorrow in Iowa. I just hope it is okay. Still bothering him...And thanks for all the info you posted about your heel. I have that same thing in my heel since I aggravated it this past summer running with a dog I was sitting. It started pouring rain, and I had on little flats, and running on the blacktop in them did its worst damage on my poor heel. I appreciated all the info about the exercises and flexing to do to keep the foot from hurting first thing in the morning out of bed... ((hugs)) Hope your mama is better today and the fellowship will do her even better. (praying) Have a wonderful day Joyce...
I know you had a great time at Libby's, I hope your Mama felt like going! It is wonderful that you got your shopping and wrapping done yesterday with Papa's help and the Walmart Elves:)
