On to November!!!!

Andrew and Lauren dressed for the 50's
Lauren is so serious

Andrew can't look serious

Got them both serious
Our other visitors were neighbors Gregory and Cameron.

Well, as you can see....we got 4 trick-or-treaters last night!!!  woo-hoo! But they were good ones. ;D I was so happy to see them. Very quiet night. I don't know how the other grandkids did last night. Dylan called while he was out by himself... he went to a house he knew was giving away full size candy bars. I don't know if that's the only house he went to or what.... we didn't talk long.  I'm sure they all had fun.

I worked on organizing my pictures in my computer.  Papa watched some tv.  He made burgers and fries for dinner.  He likes to cook.  I am glad he is back at work, in a way. My eating isn't as well when he is home.  I eat good... but not as I should. Let's put it that way. Time to get things going this week.

I am suppose to have Makoa today but I have this cold and Makoa has had a fever all weekend so Angela is just going to stay home with him today.  Gives me two more days of rest.  It seems that is all I have been doing. ;(

I changed my blog... you probably noticed.  There is snow up in the mountains.... mom is loving the view of the Olympics with the snow going across.... looks beautiful. As long as it stays up there.  I will change it soon, not really thrilled with it but not so up to it today.

I hope your November is a blessing to you and I am going to put something I am thankful for every day in no particular order!

Port Gamble (Old mill town) in the fall!

We've got Ivar's ... great fish & chips and chowder on the pier in Seattle!

Mount Rainier

Amazing rivers up in the mountains

Downtown Seattle and our own Space Needle

The Olympic Mountains as my mom is seeing them right now! And the ferry boats my sister drives! ;D
NOVEMBER 1: I am thankful I live in the Pacific Northwest!!! Why?  It is beautiful here.  I live on the Olympic Peninsula. We have mountains to look at and visit, the ocean is only a few hours away, we have the Puget Sound, rivers, water falls, forests, Vampires, no poisonous snakes, a ferry ride to Seattle if you like large cities, and it is the greenest spot in the U.S.

It is nasty outside!  So nasty and rainy and wet! It didn't rain on the kids last night.... waited until today! It is suppose to get better.  I took the weather gadget off my site... it was never right... said it was cloudy when it was pouring... foggy when it was sunny. Oh well... here is our weather this week! Enjoy your week!

Loved those kiddos all dressed up! We on'y got a hanful of trick-or-treaters too, I think that a lot of schools did things with them & I know that the Boys & Girls club had a party, so that kept them off of the streets! Loved all of the pics, glad you live in such beauty :) Hugs to you!!!
