Sick people... funny pictures!

12-23-03... our Christmas elves Jordy and Riley are my memory picture! So cute! Hard to believe it was 6 years ago!

It's almost Christmas! Excited to go to the Christmas Eve service at our church! Papa is off from his day job until January 4th! Wal*mart (Lauren said I had to put a star there) he works tonight and then off until Monday! Good because his cough is acting up again. Yesterday he decided to use his inhaler that he hasn't used since he got it and to his surprise it helped!!! lol! So he canceled his dr appt.

We were busy all day! Papa took my mom to the doctor. She has bronchitis and the beginning of pneumonia. Roger asked her if she wanted to go to the hospital... of course, she said no. So he told her he had to treat it aggressively. So she got a penicillin shot and antibiotics and an inhaler and stuff. Just got off the phone this morning and she said she is feeling better. Never know for sure with mom! Think we'll take her a few things and check on her today. I feel so bad. I am pretty sure she got it from me. :(

Anyway.... papa took mom to the doctor because I had to take Mary to the doctor in Silverdale. Andrew and Lauren went with me because they are spending a few days with us and I didn't want them around my mom. So we were in and out of her doctor appt in 10 minutes.... went to Shari's for lunch.... then to Walmart so we could pick up a few groceries. Andrew and Lauren were so helpful to us both! We were all wiped out by the time we got out of the there.... it was sooo packed! Very slow moving and difficult to shop. Normally I wouldn't be in there but she is an afternoon person. We had a nice time together though. I haven't seen her since before Thanksgiving! The kids were great and so well behaved. But they usually are. ;D

Then we went and picked up Sandy dog... and Andrew got a gift from his best friend Kylie (NOT girlfriend). She made him a music cd, a stuffed thing, and gave him a tshirt. He made her a funny card. She's been a good friend to him.... think she'd like more but he doesn't see her that way at all. I remember I had lots of best guy friends in school.... mostly Ronnie Todd. He was like a brother to me that I could count on through anything! And he was very protective of me! Lots of the guys in Suquamish were! I miss him. Never see much of him anymore and he only lives about 25 miles away. Last night Andrew went to youth group and Papa picked him up after work. He bought some milk at Red Apple and then went and got the cheap double cheese burgers at McDonalds. We heated some up when they got home. They are great reheated! Well, as great as fast food can be. lol!

We had so much fun at the Christmas party at this website... face in hole. You put a face in the picture! This is joshua... we laughed so hard!

Well.... not sure what today brings. Not stores... that is for sure! lol! Hope you all have a great day.... whatever you do! Smile alot. It increases the value of your face and draws people to you. Unless you don't want people drawn to you! ;D

Weather to Expect:
Some low clouds, patchy fog, and spotty drizzle Wednesday morning. Temperatures are holding in the 30s across Puget Sound for the first half of the day. Look for a dry afternoon with some sun coming out, high temperatures will be topping out in the low 40s.
A dry pattern is setting up through Christmas. Plan on areas of morning fog with mostly sunny afternoon skies both Thursday and Friday. Overnight lows will be chilly with temperatures below freezing.
A disturbance moves in Saturday bringing a chance of showers for the coast. Around the sound plan on partly cloudy skies Saturday and Sunday with high temperatures holding in the 40s.
