I'm grounded!

Memory picture of the day is Parker, Mona and Patrick pretending they are asleep. I think Mona is the only one really sleeping! This was taken December 11, 2003 (6 years ago!)

Papa grounded me today. Said I need to rest and get better... so he went with Tara to do some Christmas shopping and to get a few groceries! lol! That should be fun for them! He loves his Tara girl alot!!!! I wanted to go with them but I know he is right. I really don't feel all that bad for what I have!!! I forgot to mention I have the start of an ear infection in my left ear, too. With everything else I forgot. Hopefully this antibiotic should know out everything, right? And I get to spend another day doing nothing. I slept for 5 hours straight last night. Best I've done all week! I'm on the road to recovery thanks to God, your prayers and the doc and her meds! I can even take the chewing outs I've been getting! lol!

We got a couple Christmas cards... guess I better work on mine. Maybe Monday. Tomorrow we are suppose to go see "It's a Wonderful Life" production at our church. Lots of friends are in it and I really want to see it! We've got amazing talent in our church... and it's a musical! Hope I am feeling up to it and it doesn't snow! Sunday we are suppose to go up to Libby's (sis) in Sequim for our annual Cookie/Ornament Exchange. Just us and our girls go... no men or children. It is always so fun and this year we are doing brunch because of Karla's work schedule. Of course, that all depends on the weather! I have two more memory photo's for today of us at Libby's party on December 11, 2005! It was a small group that year!I have a dilemma. You know I love my doctor. Well... they are adding more doctors and are offering me a new doctor if I want. I don't. I guess I can stay with Dr. Chun if I really want to. I feel I should give this new one (Dr. Lehtinen) a chance... but I really hate change too. Not sure what to do.

Lanny's sister, Rita, called this morning. We both got to talk.... I love her so much and really miss her! She is doing pretty good, too! Talking to Lanny about switching some of her med's. He spoke to her about "doctoring" herself. He's getting good at the lecture! lol Poor guy.....

My sister, Libby just called to check on me. That was nice. Talked to Karla and she is going to go over and help Papa and Tara get Dylan's present. That's nice, too. I like this time of year. Everyone is nice.

Think I'll go rest now. Well.... hope you all enjoy your Friday and weekend! If I get better and stronger I know I will! God bless your weekend!

Weather to Expect:
For the third straight morning we are breaking record low temperatures at Sea-Tac Airport. Clouds will be on the increase today, but it will stay dry for most spots across Western Washington. Look for high temperatures this afternoon in the mid 30s.
The chance of lowland snow gets much better as we head into the weekend. Low temperatures will stay in the upper 20s with highs in the upper 30s. We will be cold enough to see snowflakes.
On Saturday the prime spot for snow will be across the southwest interior and for areas toward the Canadian border. Around Seattle, the chance of an isolated flurry.
Sunday looks to bring a better chance of snow for everybody. Rain/snow mix showers will around throughout the day with the best chance of accumulating snow being in a convergence zone that looks to set up Sunday late afternoon and evening.
We'll start with snow on Monday before turning over to a rain/snow mix.
On Tuesday, all the lowlands will be turning to rain with temperatures warming back up into the mid 40s.
