Party at Libby's!

My memory picture was taken December 14, 2004 of Lauren and Andrew! I love this picture!


The party at Libby's was soooo nice! It is every year! I think we've been doing this about 10 years now? Not sure. Of course, I took pictures! The first one Libby's son who was hiding downstairs, Emerson, took for us. Turned out nice... in case you don't know it is my sister Libby, her daughter Kara, me, mom, Amanda and standing Tara and Karla!

She had a nice table setting. She made a great brunch of Egg, Shrimp and Cheese Souffle, Ham and Cheese croissants, French Toast Casserole, and some bacon & some sausage. She also had OJ, Egg Nog, Hot Apple Cider and Coffee. It was all soooo good!
To say her husband is a little Christmas obsessed is an understatement. He loves Christmas and the decorating. He buys new stuff every year and it is like a fantasy world to enter their home! Here are just a few of their decorations......



I must comment on the elves below. They freak me out. They move. They have always freaked me out. So Kevin (her husband) bought me one! Sorry to say it still sits in the garage. Elves, gnomes, clowns and freaky things like that scare me. They had them up here this year so I felt better. lol!

Mom and Libby! Ornament time and mom got this one, a polar bear ..... she knew she wasn't going to keep it because Libby got to pick last and stole it. She bought it and really wanted it!
Poor Kara... every time she got one it got stolen! She got this cute one and mom stole it!
So she gets this cute one and I stole it!
She finally ended up with a real pretty one so don't feel too bad for her. I didn't look that good or feel very good during my time up there... but it didn't stop me from having fun. Just being with these special ladies in my life perked me up! I love each one of them with all my heart!!! You notice there aren't any photo's of the girls with their ornaments .... the older they get ... the crankier they get about me posting their pictures.... even taking their pictures!!! So out of respect... I didn't. :(

Papa and Andrew ended up being by themselves all morning. Ryan had to go buy the Prime Rib for Christmas and stuff. It was a terrible Seahawk game anyway. Riding up there it was me and mom and Amanda... we shared lots of laughs. Tara rode with Karla. Coming home Amanda rode with her and I had mom and Tara. It snowed quite a bit up at Libby's but none stuck! Great drive home!

Well... it is 2:48 a.m. Woke up an hour ago coughing and didn't want to bother Papa who gets up in less than an hour. No snow overnight so I guess he goes to work. I can hopefully get some stuff done. Need some more sleep so I pray you all have a fun day.... yes, a fun Monday! Signing off with a video of the airplanes Kevin and Libby put out every year! xoxo

Tuesday and Wednesday: Rain. Highs in the mid to upper 40s.
Thursday and Friday: Rain at times with mid 40s.
