Nothing irratates me more than those that profain the name of the Lord. Does it bother you to hear people say "Jesus" or "Oh, God" like they were swear words? These aren't just words. Like the saying goes "My God's last name isn't damnit". Why do people talk like that? Habit? Disregard? Disrespect? There are so many other words to say! It is so common in movies and now on tv. We taught the kids not to do it because God tells us not to!!! I've always loved this billboard.
I woke up very disoriented this morning and I hate that feeling. I couldn't remember the day or what I had planned today.... and an hour later I still feel like I am missing something I need to be doing today. I hope it comes to me before I miss it! I know I have to call and make Mary Davison an appointment. And I know it was 11 years ago today that Lanny had his Pituitary Tumor removed. But that is all I can remember. Dylan goes to his first orthodontist appointment today. Got done at the dentist so I am sure he is glad of that!
I noticed my readership in this blog has dropped by a few people. Hmmmm.... wazzup wit dat? I think it is that some are reading it on my facebook. Whatever. I found more friends from high school yesterday!!! So excited! Pat Ives, SuAnn Skelly, Konni Lindahl to name a few! I love facebook. Getting bored with some of the applications.... and totally frustrated with Farkle... but other than that I am still happy! I am SO rich with some of those applications. I think I have over 200, 000, 000 on Mafia Wars... just keep paying my laundering fees and banking it! lol! I'm rich on Farm Town and own 2 homes in YoVille. How much further can I go?
Saddest news over in the small town of Onalaska in this state. A 15 year old boy died the other day of alcohol poisoning. People learn about drug overdose but alcohol poisoning is a killer too. My cousin's boy got it and didn't know if he was going to make it! All it takes is one too many! Moms... teach your kids young that alcohol can be as bad as drugs or anything else. It can kill. This boy was just a sophomore. Breaks my heart. Just a baby with his whole life ahead of him.
Please pray for his family.
Speaking of prayers.... this family in Georgia can use them. Look at her poor home! Breaks my heart! I can't even imagine. Keep praying for them!!!
Now for some good news! Toby is already feeling so much better this morning. He is on antibiotic for a slight infection for two weeks. Big pills but all you have to do is wrap it in cheese and he swallows without chewing! Piece of cake! Loves the stuff! He was so good at the vet. Papa surprised me and met me there! I was so happy to see him! Then he pumped gas for me at the gas station after the visit. He is so sweet and totally loves me! Or Toby... one or the other. Then he went back to work. :( This morning Toby grabbed his stuffed duck and played with papa.... he is eating better and running around outside. So great to see! Here are pictures I took on the bridge. We had to stop and wait for a boat. He rode in back of the van on the way there.... it smelled like Sandy and he liked that.... but I got him in the front on the way back. There was a guy walking around outside the van that he didn't care for much... he kept his eyes on him.
He is funny.... hates cameras. Absolutely hates them! Not enough to growl, but he avoid looking at it. Here is my video of the day. Hope you have a good day and I hope I remember what I am forgetting to do today!

So glad Toby is feeling better. Maybe he's missing his wife (Sandy). I think y'all better get them together for a visit this weekend.
