Got some plans today. Gonna wash that gray right oughta my hair! (Does anyone remember that jingle? I used to sing it to Karla when she was little but I would sub Karla instead of grey!) I also need to put my extra blanket on the bed. It is getting a bit cold at night. And I need to wash the bedding, clean house, wash clothes. Fun times. I've been busy this week with not much time to do the usual routine. Yesterday I ended up taking Mary to Bremerton again for a CT Scan. Didn't take very long.... then we went to Burger King on the way home because she hadn't eaten. Her and I are getting very close... sharing so much together. It is sweet and I love her. Stopped and visited Amanda on my way home. Lauren wasn't feeling well... and was sleeping. Poor baby! So I missed her but saw Andrew! And Sandy! Lois is coming to mom's today for 4 days! Mom is so excited!
This weekend is Old Mill Days in Port Gamble!!! They have a big carnival etc.... I want to get a corn dog!
Today is Kern's birthday.... Lanny's brother. I believe he is 57. Here is a picture of Rita, Kern, Lanny and Susan. Michael is the only one not in the picture. Sadly.... mom wanted a picture of all 5 of her babies... but it never seemed to happen. Have a great birthday, Kern!!!!

Short post... hope you all have a great day! God bless and bye bye now!
Weather to Expect:WHICH WAY TO GO???? I HAD TO LOOK IT UP!
Clouds and patchy fog are around the sound this morning ... mostly sunny skies this afternoon. High temperatures will be running in the upper 60s and low 70s.
With the exception of some spotty drizzle Saturday morning, the weekend looks dry.
Clouds will be more extensive on Saturday with some clearing late in the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid to upper 60s.
More sun will be on the way for Sunday with temperatures in the low to mid 70s.
Soak up the sun this weekend because next week brings a major shift in the weather.
Monday - afternoon with showers continuing through Tuesday. Temperatures will be falling into the low 60s. Have a great weekend!
The spelling of the word Gray/Grey.... fyi: "Grey is used primarily in areas that use UK English. Gray is used primarily in areas that use US English." They use Grey in Britain and Gray or Grey in the USA.
There are many other differences too. For example, we write travelled, in the US it has only one 'l', there's centre and center, theatre and theater etc, colour and color, labour and labor, defence/defense, jewellery and jewelry, kerb and curb, litre/liter/metre/meter, tyre and tire and so on.
The American spelling's often a little more phonetic.
