Better..... much better.

Amanda sent this out yesterday.... I thought it was so cute. Certainly made me smile. I sent it to all my "twins" on my email list. There are 7 of them... and 2 with twins!

I want to thank my sweet friends for their prayers!!! What a blessing it is to have you to care!!!! I am feeling so much better this morning. I am also back on my anti-depressant medication. Sure that will help. Yesterday was hard but today will be much better!

I went and visited with mom yesterday afternoon for a bit. We cleaned out her pantry. My mom is a "sale" shopper and if it says 5 for $1.00... that's how many she buys. Her pantry was stuffed! We dug out cans with expiration dates and tossed them. She has more room now! lol! We all think about our frig... but never our pantry when it's time to clean.

Stopped to visit Maddie and Dylan for a minute. Gave Karla Parker's essays to read. He wants her opinion. Cute. He is very proud of them.

Went and picked up our prescriptions. Then met papa at Walmart parking lot to flirt a bit. lol! He was in between jobs. He had a really good night last night. Didn't hurt when he got home and got to work in the auto dept. Something different for him. And what guy doesn't like automotive? And there is no bratty kids running around!

Switched sides of the bed last night. That was difficult. Toby didn't know where to go. But these are the sides we had for the first 22 years of our marriage. It will take some adjusting but I don't think it helped papa's sleeping. I haven't talked to him this morning.... but he went in his chair for part of the night again. We'll see what happens.

Please pray for my friend, Candice. She is diabetic and is having some major problems with her vision right now and having to have laser surgery (not the corrective vision one) several times. It is painful. Although she was in pain... she made me laugh so much during our phone conversation! I love her.

Apparently there was an earthquake this morning around 5. Didn't feel a thing.

I am having so much fun on facebook. Getting to chat with one of my Georgia "sisters"! That is fun! And now Chad Dahlquist is my facebook "friend".... can't wait to chat and see what he is doing! We went to college together! There were three of us that were pretty tight... but I can't remember the other guys name! lol! It was over 25 years ago! They were much younger than me... I was like the mom figure. It was fun.

The little girl from McCleary is still missing. Continue your prayers. It is really upsetting to me. I guess because I love children so much and she is around my grandkids ages.

That's about all I got. Hope your day is full of sun and full of Son!

Weather:
Sunshine will boost highs to around 80 today .
Temperatures gradually warm to the high 80s by Friday, the hottest day of the week. Some suburbs will hit 90.
The Fourth of July will still be warmer than normal, into the lower 80s under mostly sunny skies.
Expect cooler, partly cloudy weather Sunday.

Joyce,
Read my blog this morning. Theresa's son-in-law had a stroke this morning and she's asking for prayers. I've included a little more details in my post.

I know you're a praying woman and we can count on you.
Love ya!
