Had kind of a rough day yesterday. I didn't feel very well and my sides hurt. Not sure what was going on with that. A bit better today. Everything is calmer, too. The animals are happier. We heard one bottle rocket at 7:30 in the morning. Papa said he would go with his brother to comb the neighborhood after the fourth for ones that didn't go off. pretty smart.
Talked with Parker yesterday and wished our boy HAPPY BIRTHDAY! He makes me laugh. He went into this story about how he got up at 3-something in the morning to pee. It took him 15 minutes because he ate so much ice, ice cream, pop and lemonade during the day! I thanked him for sharing. That Parker. I love him! I asked him how he felt turning 12... and he said "young". lol!
Today I have to get some housework done. (I did nothing yesterday.) Then I pick up mom. We're taking her best friend, Mary, to the doctor this afternoon. That will be fun. Always lots of laughing when you get together with those two!

Don't have too much to say. Got a phone call from one of my best friends, Sharon. She is going to Pennsylvania this week. Her mom had colon cancer which they removed but she's had other complications with her blood count etc... so Sharon is going to help out. Hopefully her mom will get out of the hospital soon! She's been there 3 weeks. Her story sounds like Papa's .... except different. Please keep Myrna in your prayers! Sharon too.
I listened to praise music on my headphones for quite awhile yesterday while working on my "farm" and was soooo blessed. I need reminders like: "when you're going through trials He will never forsake us." We are blessed in every way imaginable. Just financially we are struggling... like everyone else. But thank God we have a home and the comforts here. Things may feel like they are squeezing in on us at times.... but He is carrying us and sees us through! Love you and thank you, Lord!

I hope you all have a blessed day! I am sure I will with the "sisters". God bless and enjoy the day the Lord has given you! He made it for you!
Weather To Expect
Temperatures are dropping like a rock with highs only in the mid 60s around Western Washington today. The skies will stay mostly cloudy with showers increasing into the afternoon.
The cool, cloudy, and wet weather pattern will hold through the work week. Showers become more widespread Tuesday and Wednesday with temperatures holding in the mid 60s.
Fewer showers on Thursday and Friday with temperatures climbing back up into the low 70s.
