Snow levels at 3,500 feet spell rain and snow for Cascade passes with up to 2 inches of new snow today and another 2" tonight. Forecast models are indicating a little break late tonight and most of tomorrow for Seattle, with fewer showers before more rain arrives Saturday night with a second front.
