starting up again!

I woke up to this beautiful sunrise yesterday....and to rain today. Oh well...it is Washington! I got my cable in the den fixed. He had to replace the box twice. Finally working. Had to put the dogs up....but the cat started bugging him for attention and had to put her out too. He was a kid...maybe 20 years old at best. But, I don't care....he was super polite and not overly talkative and fixed it. I am happy. I gained 3 pound this past week. Very ashamed of myself. But after talking to mom and Heather I really got geared up. I walked the big loop outside....it is over a mile. That felt so good! My back didn't hurt until the last leg of the walk. Ate 2 small portions of food....only when I was hungry and stopped when i was full. Drank water and praying. Papa came home sick last night! He wasn't feeling well at work...achey, feverish, etc....he had a temp when he came home. He isn't going to work today....he is still in bed. My poor baby. I started getting scratchy throat like I am getting allergies or cold last night...which I can't do because I have my dental appt tomorrow. It takes forever to get into Dr Stewart so I have to go! He's going to fix the stain in front...so i am excited. Even though I hate dental work. Today is another do nothing day. Papa can catch up on his recordings. Hope you have a good day today!

Weather Summary: The wettest period of the day will be the morning commute as that low pressure system off the Oregon coast spins early rain our way. As the low moves inland, still some spot showers and an occasional sunbreak this afternoon, with showers threatening through the first part of Friday. After that, high pressure scatters the clouds and we're in for a dry weekend with just a few coastal showers possible late Saturday and Sunday, before the rain moves inland Monday.
