No Place Like Home......

Need I say more? I've spent the last two nights sleeping on mom's couch. I was so happy to do it for her and be there for her..... but it is nice to be home, too. It is so nice to have her out of the nursing home... but now I wonder if we did her any favors. Maybe it just takes time to adjust but she seems depressed and wanting to sleep all the time and still not eating like she should. I know she won't have her appetite back right away... but she needs her strength back. Yes, we are still worried. She really needs an attitude adjustment. Her doctor appointment went ok, but he has a terrible bedside manner and basically said to her that things are winding down.

What??? He kind of has a defeatist attitude.... which is total opposite of what Libby and I are trying to instill in mom. I am glad to be home and taking a break. My sweetie will be home this afternoon! He doesn't work tonight! I haven't seen him since Sunday so I am excited to spend the evening together. I miss him. He left me notes on my computer, coffee cup and in the bathroom. ahhhhh.....

I don't know how she does it!!!!! He remembers her.... his first song he scanned the audience with his eyes and found her and smiled and waved! Years ago she got this picture taken with her heart throb then.... Antonio Sabato Jr. Well..... I can only assume she got this from me....
