My mom is 83 today and she is still beautiful, smart and sweet... and I love her so much! To think it all started because Carl and Irene Lohre fell in love and wed.... then came my mama!
Today I am going over to her house and taking her to Berta's to get her hair done at 11! Then we may go out to lunch. She will need an afternoon nap because we are having her birthday party tonight. It will be pizza and Dairy Queen cake. Tara is picking up pizza at Costco and Libby is getting the cake. It will be so much fun! I am looking forward to it!
Don and Lois are slowly getting settled. Moving is not fun. I dread the day we do it again.
I did nothing yesterday but work on mom's gift. Libby took mom to physical therapy. Mom liked it (well the guy anyway). She did really well. He had her dancing as part of her therapy. lol! I can't wait to see. She is up cleaning and cooking for herself again. I am so thrilled. I thank God for her health and her turning 83 today! Thank you for my mama, God!
