silly girls and stop judging!

My house is so empty this morning. Toby is looking out the window... who knows where that cat went after sleeping on my bed all night... and papa is back at work. :( G-kids are back at home and it is quiet and empty. It is clean too! Lauren cleaned the den and toy room yesterday! I was so surprised! The girls played in the morning, then we ran to walmart and got a few things... they got toys. Stopped at McDonalds and took Maddie home. Then we came back here. She played with Gregory and Cameron for a long time out in the yard. She had a good weekend. So did Maddie and so did me and Papa! It just went too fast as usual! Papa and I were tired and went to bed at 9!

Here are some silly photo's from yesterday! Enjoy your day!!!!

ANDREW'S DEVOTIONAL: Matthew 7:2
"I know I hate being judged. It sucks. I hate all judging because it is making fun of people. I'm, for the most part, a nice guy, so I try not to judge others... but it's just human nature. So I do what I don't like. Only with the help from the Lord can we overcome human nature."

Love those silly goofy LOVE MY GRANDMA smiles...
sweet days of summer.
The devo is just outstanding...
Isn't it ironic that most of the time people who are judging others the most critically are usually struggling inside with the same issues they are judging!!!???
The chapter in The Shack about judgement ( in the cave) just hit me smack in the middle of my head, and I know it had a strong impact on me on this issue. I thank God for using a fictional book as an instrument to drill into me what judging really really is...We are making OURSELF out to be God in the judgement seat...NO WAY do I want to be there....I picture the scenery in that chapter and the story playing out, and I ask forgiveness any time I catch myself starting to judge...
Thanks for another great post, and Andrew's devo too.
FUN SUNNY days with hugs to you.
and oh yes. .I like that Jesus is the Lord of your website! RAH!

Cute pics, I know you were feeling blue after having those grands all weekend & all but you need some quiet time too!!! You & papa need to get your rest, you've got mom & koko to look after so a few extra hours of down time is just what the doctor ordered...you need to relax & recharge & get ready for another week!! Have a great Monday night, blessings & hugs to you!!
