Forever God is Faithful!

Yesterday was a pretty awesome day! Saturday we went no where. But Sunday we went to see our son play on his Men's hardball team. It was really fun! Nice to see Ryan playing... he is so handsome!
As a bonus we sat with old friends we were happy to meet up with and visit! Tracy, his daughter Brittney and wife Marie (not pictured). I taught Sunday school one year with Tracy and Brittney was my assistant for several years. She was only around 11 or 12 then. She has grown up to be such a beautiful young lady. Her boyfriend plays on Ry's team.
It was great fun. Papa enjoyed himself! (Oh, there is Marie in the white pants! She is a sweetheart! She used to do my Mary's hair so we talked about Mary for awhile.)
And I got to see Lauren!!! We cuddled and hugged like we hadn't seen each other in years (it had actually been just over a week). She had fun playing with my cell phone too. ;D

Another manic Monday. Well, maybe not manic... but very foggy. Not even close. Makoa is coming early and we're going to have a great day.... doing nothing but playing and eating and changing diapers and napping. Ahhhh... the life of a baby.

Hope you have a wonderful Monday. I will be praying for you. Please lift up a special prayer request for me.... I'm not at liberty to post it but it is so important and life changing. Thanks!

ANDREW'S DEVOTION FROM LAST NIGHT:

Psalm 106:1-5

1 Praise the LORD.
Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good;
his love endures forever.

2 Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the LORD
or fully declare his praise?

3 Blessed are they who maintain justice,
who constantly do what is right.

4 Remember me, O LORD, when you show favor to your people,
come to my aid when you save them,

5 that I may enjoy the prosperity of your chosen ones,
that I may share in the joy of your nation
and join your inheritance in giving praise.

His thoughts...."The Lord will love us no matter if we spend a day for ourselves when He is calling us to worship. And when others are drawn to God by his power, rejoice and sing praises for that person. But do not take credit, even if you gave them the push they need to see Him, for it was the Lord your God who moved you forward to push them towards Him. It is all in His plan. :) Love Him!!!!

My thoughts.... Papa and I were talking yesterday how God loves us no matter what. If we say something stupid, do something stupid... He loves us anyway. Even when others distrust our motives... God knows the heart. I posted a video... the song is from verse... one of papa's favorite songs! Read the words... it will blow you away!
