Fun with the kids....

I picked up all the kids at Lauren's yesterday morning. The boys went down to the beach a bunch of times. They had a great day. Started out Lauren making scrambled eggs with cheese. She does great! Maddie wanted to try it... she loved them!
They later had popcorn and went out and played on the hammock alot. Toby followed them all the time.. Here he is making sure they are behind him..... and that he is with them.
Amanda sent brownie mix and frosting for papa's birthday and Andrew made it all by himself. They were really, really good!
He also licked the bowl all by himself! Part of the beauty of making them! lol
The girls got their pajamas on early. Maddie already spilled water on herself. Here she is trying to dry off.
Well... Papa's birthday is over. He will never have a 60th birthday again. Oh well. It was nice. He wasn't feeling too well yesterday. Light headed, etc. I worry about him. He didn't have his walmart evening so that was good. He certainly cheered up when he came home and Toby immediately jumped in his lap... which caused the girls to run over laughing!

Time for dessert and Papa's birthday brownie's! Dylan loves them!

Below is the video of singing Happy Birthday to papa. He had a nice birthday... I am so glad the grandkids were here. Made it much more special. He went to bed before 9:00.




Now I have to hurry so I can take the kids to the beach. I promised I would take them today... but just found out Karla is picking hers up at 10! Doesn't give us much time! No other plans for today. Hope you all have a great day!

Forecast:
A very weak cold front arrives today and keeps clouds and light rain around for this afternoon and evening. Highs in the lower 70s, and breezy wind from the SW 10 to 20 mph.
The cold front will drop tomorrow's highs to the upper 60s but the leftover sprinkles will be confined mostly to the north and the mountains.
Friday sees morning clouds and afternoon sun as highs warm to the low 70s. Weekend weather brings a mix of sun and clouds with low to mid 70s through early next week.
