Monday already....

Have you ever seen such a good looking bat boy?

We went to Ryan's baseball game yesterday afternoon! What a good game. The first half seemed kind of sleepy... then our team woke up after it being 2-2 for a while... and they played some great ball! The final was 7-2... we won! Here are some pictures.

Andrew is helping the league president, Scott,
chalk the lines.

Lauren and her papa
(oh, our papa is looking old! He's going to be 60 this month!)

Lauren eating and spitting sunflower seeds.
Ryan... he's so good looking! He is co-manager and coach for this team.
His best friend Adam did the paperwork and Ryan got the players together.
They have a good team! We're so proud of him!
He loves baseball... always has!

Lauren talking to her daddy before the game. Tips perhaps?

Lauren even managed to find herself a game!
Game is over... time to pack up and go home!

It was alot of fun at the game! I hope we can make more! They are usually on Sunday. I posted the team link on my site if you want to go to any! Some are subject to change so you may want to check first.

Have you ever tried to Twitter? I did. I don't really like it. I love facebook and that is good enough to find out what others are up to. Don't care about the celebrities. And I have enough to keep up on with my blog, playing It's Your Turn, Facebook scrabble, Facebook farm, my pictures, job searching, keeping my house up, etc...

Yesterday morning was so funny.... Punkin was behind the curtain and she would move the curtain to look at Maddie. She did that several times. So cute!
Pretty good weekend in the sunny Northwest! I got a little sunburn too. Yesterday we washed all our bedding. I need to sew our comforter today. Our dog has this habit of wanting something in his mouth when he goes to sleep... just like a baby and a binky. He's done it since we first got him! But he hasn't outgrown it. I tried and tried to train him... but papa just says "leave my dog alone." Whatever.

Here he is as a baby at 4 months old when we first got him ... notice his tongue?

We managed to stop him from chewing on the grandkids....
And tried to focus him on his toys....When he stayed at Kevon and Meghan's when we went to Colorado we forgot to warn them. He got ahold of their comforter. sorry..... Speaking of Meg... she just called on her way to work to wish me good luck on my interview tomorrow. She REALLY wants me to get the job... it is right next door to where she works!

I forgot to mention when I first posted this. Toby freaked me out this morning. Right after papa left and had told him to guard the place... Toby went to the window as usual and then started to growl. He growled and let out little barks for about 15 minutes while looking at the house across the street. Don't know if he saw a deer, fox, or what... but then I worried about Punkin so tried to call her in. Nothing. She is home now... but it was all so weird. Toby rarely barks and never growls unless he is playing!!! A guy walked by the other day and asked if I could train the other dogs in the neighborhood not to bark.... he would pay me!!!!

Our son-in-law, Brad, was in Eastern Washington at his first triathlon! He did really well and completed the race in good time! We are both so proud of him! He tries very hard to stay healthy and athletic. Here are some pictures:

Today is Jonah's birthday!!!! He is our great nephew up in Forks... well, not technically... but up that direction. He is a cutey! Happy birthday Jonah!!!!Lot's of pictures today! Here is the finale of Lauren.... She is so cute and funny! Hope you all enjoy your week. Already Monday. Like papa says every Sunday night "WHERE DID THE WEEKEND GO?"

Forecast:
Morning clouds give way to some afternoon clearing. Highs in the lower 70s with west wind to 10 mph. The pattern of morning clouds and more afternoon sun continues all week. Tomorrow will be the warmest day as highs hit the mid 70s, otherwise low 70s the rest of the week.
