Sunday in Eastern Washington!

This was our second day over visiting the family! There were so many pictures I decided to separate the two days! This first picture is Joshua coming out fully dressed for his rodeo Sunday morning. He was so excited to ride the sheep!Meanwhile Chef Parker was pretty busy making his dad's Father's Day breakfast of eggs, toast and a gogurt. He made it all himself... I told it it would mean more to his dad and he did a great job. I think we may have a future chef in the family! I did pour the coffee but had Patrick fix it up for dad. It was a tad sweet... just like Patrick.
Here is dad getting his breakfast from his 2 older boys!
Patrick is making Joshua an egg mcmuffin!
Mona constantly watches for Heather. She LOVES Heather. It is definitely her dog!
Don reading his Father's Day card from his boys.

Don and 3 of his boys.... Jared was too cranky to get in the photo. He isn't a morning person.Joshua wasn't totally awake either.... here he is just spacing out. Maybe he is contemplating his sheep riding strategy.
Here we are finally in Ritzville. Here is the rodeo in the distance.....
Of course the first thing I see pulling up is an AMBULANCE!!!! Great.
There goes Joshua and his daddy to register him.
And the waiting begins.....

Joshua and Jared in their cowboy boots.
still waiting....
Our four beautiful boys.... grandkids Jared, Patrick, Joshua, and Parker!
The whole family!
Still waiting for Joshua's turn....

Papa and his shadow, Parker!
I've never seen so much dirt in my life.
still waiting.... and watching the bronco's.
It's finally over. The ride went quick. Took a quick video and barely got him. I hope his other grandma got a better video! Mine wasn't even worth posting. They got the line-up all mixed up so Joshua's name wasn't called. Good thing Heather was watching or we may have missed him! It was pretty quick... we kind of did! lol! But we were so proud of him for doing it! He was so brave. After the rodeo we went to lunch at McDonalds. Joshua was quite a celebrity there! These girls wanted pictures of him and everyone was smiling at him in his outfit. He is a doll! Didn't even go to his head. He stayed very humble about it.

A cowboy and his milk...
On our way home...... here is a beautiful mustard field. There is some beauty over there besides my family!
We hit rain on the pass. It was soooo windy the first part of the drive...I drove about 100 miles so papa could sleep a little. I turned it over to him in this rain and traffic. There was alot going over the pass but then nothing when we hit 18. Smooth sailing the rest of the way home.
But I am never really happy until I see the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and know we are close to home!!!!
Thank you so much for everything Don & Heather!!!! It was so great to be with you all and visit and laugh and see your lives! We really had a great time.... every minute of it! Thanks for it all!!!! We love you all very much!! And thanks for letting us bring Parker home! Him and Andrew are very happy!!! lol!

Today we have no plans! Yea!!! I got up and Papa was here. I asked him what he was doing home and he said sleeping. The only down side of Eastern Washington is Papa didn't sleep much. He doesn't anyway... usually goes in his recliner every night. But he tried 4 different places to sleep and nothing worked. So he is making up for it now.

I hope you all enjoy your day! God bless you all!

Friday looks dry with a chance of rain returning this weekend.

I just think Joshua is so darn adorabe! Jesse use to ride bulls (crazy man) he loved it. He probably won't stop with Mutten Busting!
We love Eastern Washington. It is beautiful over there and such a slower pace.

Josh is so sweet. I wanted Heather to leave him when they came to visit, but she wouldn't.
I love eastern Washington. It is so peaceful and the people are much more polite.
