Well, today is Jay's birthday! We've adopted him. He is such a neat guy! I met him through Karla and Joel... he came to almost all of Dylan's baseball games (he is Dylan's idol because he is such an awesome baseball player). Now he is friends with almost our whole family...playing on the team with Karla, Joel, Kev, Meg, Amanda, Ryan, and Tara! He is one of those genuinely nice guys you can't help but love. We've kind of adopted him into the family. You have to be pretty special for that to happen! Any way, HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAY!
Yesterday was such a busy day! We got the kids, to the bank, got gas at Walt's Chevron in poulsbo at the bottom of the high school road (for $3.99 a gallon.... pays to read my link for best gas prices!!!!), to the cardiologist, Bremerton walmart, auto parts, went and got a few groceries and that's it. Papa got Andrew's axle fixed at work (for his bike). We didn't go to the game. Andrew hit his toes on Lauren's knee and thought he broke his toes so he had ice...so she had to have ice on her knee, plus I wasn't up to going. There were no kids coming to the game and A & L would have been really bored. Plus the gas issue. I will go next week....need to take a team picture!!!! Anyway, so we chilled at home. They each took bubble baths and we were in bed by 9:00. Working today. Davo is suppose to come over with his girls. Relaxing this afternoon. Hope to see Don and Lois! Just got some sad news that Bernie Mac has died. He was only 50! I thought he was SO funny! That's sad. I hope you and yours have an awesome day today!
