My nephew, Sean, won't be over today so that freed up my morning. So I will get things ready for the gremlins that will be invading my house this afternoon! Yippee!!! So jazzed! Today is going to be a great day. Dylan's game and then sleepover! Then a brunch with the family Sunday morning before church! Lots of pictures on Monday! The only damper is this sty on my eye. Oh well. If that is the worst of my day... I'm ok with that! ;D
Yesterday I ran out looking for some canned Pumpkin! None at Walmart. Grabbed Andrew after school and we found it at the first store! The store was practically empty and another man was getting some off the shelf at the same time as us for HIS dog! Weird moment! lol. It was such a beautiful day and it was great to see Andrew SO HAPPY! It was such a great day for him... he aced another test and he put up his signs and handed out flyers ... he is running for next years Senate. There are 5 positions open. Please pray he wins! I know that means someone will lose... but Andrew is SO shy... this is really making him talk to people and loosen up a bit! So good for him. I am really proud of him. He wants this so bad! We grabbed Lauren on the way home too.
My memory picture of the day is of our 3 legged cat named Baby up in our tree May 15, 1992! We loved this cat... he was so affectionate! He really loved Heather... she would scratch him under the neck with her long nails and he would drool. He's been gone about 5 years now. :(
My Facebook friend of the day today is Becky Calder. I met her when Andrew went to CKA and I would pick him up at school. She is also the mom of Emily.... who was one of Andrew's best friend from Kindergarten through 4th grade! She is a cutey! And Becky is the kindest person!

Oh Joyce, I LOVE that song...
I loved that movie from Walt Disney, I loved the Uncle Remus stories... *smiles*... I will be humming that all day. a good one to have stuck in my head this weekend. There's a bluebird in my backyard, but I don't think I can get it to perch on my shoulder (wink) Have yourself a wonderful happy day, I think you will. No mail this weekend from across the ocean, and well, it's about 11:15 pm over there right about now, but still tomorrow's part of the weekend...but I will keep thinking positively no matter the phone call or not. When a phone is available...he will call :-)
