I AM THE WINNER!!!!

OH MY GOSH!!!! I am doing the happy dance! I can't believe I won something!!! Tracy (Theresa's daughter) in Georgia makes beautiful jewelery. She is so talented at everything she does! I always read her blogs and I am one of those who never win contests.... but I wanted to promote her site anyway... so I entered her contest. I watched the video above on her site and was shocked and soooooo happy! Tracy... you tell Alex I am so happy she pulled my name out of that bag! I never win nothing and she put a big huge smile on this Grandma's face!!! Thank you!!!! Now.... I need help deciding what I should pick. Well, that is a great way to start my day! Plus I see sunshine out my window. This will be a good day. I hope Makoa is having fun in Hawaii with his family! I miss the little booger. I am staying home today. After over two months of not seeing her.... I thought she would be gone forever and I wouldn't ever have to deal with her again!!! But no.... Aunt Flo came for a visit on Mother's Day and is sticking around. When she comes it wipes me out. I am stuck at home doing nothing, getting nothing done.... and she makes me sick. I know it's not a nice way to talk... but I bet she's not your ideal guest either!!!! So hanging out with her is what I did yesterday. She bugs me more the 2nd day she is here more than the other days. She wants my full attention! So yesterday I did my laundry and that was about all I could take.

Ok.... I could not wait to post this picture of the day... I have been waiting all month. It is of my grandson, Parker, trying to ride this motorcycle! How stinkin' cute is this? I smile every time I see it! I love my Parker!!!!!!



This is one of my favorite verses! I have been trying to practice this verse and it sure changes your heart when you do! I want to do God's will... and this is it so I will do it!

My facebook friend of the day is my niece Ashley! My sweet Ashley lives out in Virginia by her parents (my bro Doug) and with her husband, Don, and her bazillion babies ... her kitties! Ashley is so smart like her daddy... and so kind like her mama. She got the best of both! I love you Ashley Elaine!!!!! xoxo <3Our family in Oklahoma had a scare yesterday! Well.... I was scared. Talked to Jim and he was Jim. Nothing fazes him..... Mr. Calm and Cool. They were having tornadoes. Now I've been down there when one touched down 50 miles away... but it didn't affect us at all. Now this storm was going right through their area! I kept tracking the storm until late last night. Hail the size of baseballs were being reported. I'll have to call Rita today. She'll just say it was nothing. Ma worried a bit more than the rest. I know when Mt. St. Helens blew it's top up here 20 years ago.... the whole country thought we were buried in ash. We heard it blow and got a light dusting.... but it didn't affect us much here.
