On a sad note I got a letter yesterday from the church. They have asked for Pastor Ty's resignation effective January 4th!!!! I like Ty... he was the Children's Pastor. Nice guy.
Someone from the church wants to have coffee with me this morning.... so I'll have coffee while Lanny is at the optometrist. I'm actually looking forward to that because I love her and it will be nice.
Yesterday was a good day. I am feeling good.... had fun with mom and Mary with lots of smiles and laughs and memories! I love these ladies so much and love to see them together! They love each other and are such good friends. They bonded the minute they met almost 10 years ago! They are both stubborn and adorable. It is tough to help them both... so mom walks on her own without my arm or hand. Makes me nervous... I am afraid she will fall. She did great! We had lunch at Sizzler Steak House and it was nummy. Our waitress was worthless.... it was quiet in there and we never saw her after our food came! Saw her at other tables and talking in the back. So I had to go ask for doggie boxes... then they were all over us apologizing. whatever. No tip from me.... but the twins left a tip. lol! whatever again.
Today is Jack's birthday... he is Lanny's step-dad. After years of them REALLY not getting along.... things have changed. Jack is proud of Lanny and what he has done with his life... and Lanny has let go of the past and they love each other. All ended good. Hope Jack has a good birthday! Him and his wife, Shirley are taking care of Michael and raising her grandchild! And he is 80 today! Wow. Hope he has a wonderful day today!

I shouldn't have mentioned how I was on the phone so much the day before. NO one called yesterday except Dylan and my friend I am having coffee with! Weird, huh? Patrick sent a text too.
Well... I'm ending my post with a short video of the girls again. I can't help it. The other day you saw them with just bread. Well I gave them butter for their bread and let them help themselves while I heated up soup for them. We were going to have grilled cheese sandwiches and soup. Try making sandwiches from these......

Weather to Expect:
Around the sound it will be plain rain with the heaviest showers rolling in this evening. High temperatures will hold in the mid to upper 40s.
The wet weather will continue into the weekend with showers on Saturday. High temperatures will be holding in the upper 40s.
We will dry it out for your Sunday with some sun at times. Temperatures will be on the mild side with highs in the low 50s.
Look for increasing rain early next week. Have a great weekend!

I don't know enough about the Church problem to comment but whatever you think... is what I think:) It is sad for families these days to lose their jobs because there just aren't many other opportunities. Sweet picture of Papa's Dad, Happy Birthday to him. Love the video of the girls buttering their bread. Love it when us grandparents don't really know what they said and just say "uh huh"! Too cute! Have a blessed day dear friend!
Sorry about the trouble at your church, hopefully they will find better ways to deal with problems...me, I'm all for addressing them head-on ~ that way there everything is out in the open...on a happier note, THOS TWO ARE SO DANG CUTE!!!!!
