comfort zones, kids, and sandy dog...

Saturday morning. Didn't sleep well....felt like the cat was on my bed all night. If you bring you leg out and disturb her she'll get your leg so instead of kicking her off I tried to avoid her. What is wrong with me? It's MY bed! Oh well. And I have a big day ahead. Work today and then the benefit auction. It is such a worthy cause and I feel honored to be a part of it. Too many times we don't step out of our comfort zone to get involved in something bigger than ourselves.....that's me. So I am proud of myself for doing this. I'm going to be exhausted but that's ok, too. Been exhausted before....just last weekend! Ended up with just Andrew and Lauren last night....oh, and Sandy. Ashlyn got sick. Lauren was disappointed. Keep Ashlyn in your prayers and the rest of the family so they don't get sick. It's that time of year. Ry and Amanda still went out. Kevon & Meghan and Mark were meeting them. Sandy and Toby have had a good overnighter too. Played and played.....and Sandy even beat Lauren to the door when papa walked in. She loves papa. We had fun looking at my Halloween site. Andrew loved it! (There is a link on my page) So he spent half the evening looking up Halloween type songs for his gaia space.

I got kind of spun up yesterday after watching a movie called Zeitgeist ...it is the most anti-God, anti-Christ, anti-American government piece of propaganda I have ever witnessed. The problem with Zeitgeist.....their research is full of biblical and academic ignorance, multiple layers of assimilation, all hearsay and biased, and with an ulterior motive. I wrote a whole paper yesterday....some copied....on this movie if you care to see it. So many of the facts are just crap. I was offended and saddened by this movie. Don't mean to offend anyone who loves it.....it's my opinion and that's what my sight is....my opinion. I will always defend my faith.....like the old saying goes, "If you don't stand up for something....you will fall for anything." Don't waste your time watching it. Go to the movies and see a good movie like "Fireproof". They are saying it is a surprise hit of the fall! Fourth place....we want to go next weekend. Kirk Cameron is in it. I'm done.
