Lanny Quit!!!!

surprise.....we are in the rainy season!!! I think this is worse than Spring.  It isn't just raining....it is pouring!!!  Buckets!  When you sit inside and can hear it ....that is pretty hard.  But....it is better than pouring snow!  Don't need snow this week!!!!  I have Thanksgiving plans! Family is coming over!!! I am SO STINKING EXCITED!!!!!

Welllllll.... the other reason it can wait to snow is.....I can't drive in it. I am not one of those people that profess I can handle it. I can't. I have driven in it..... white knuckles and all.  Let's say I hate it. But I love the snow.  Now that I have a job....I have a problem with snow.

This is what they scheduled Lanny to work next week!!!!  And then they have him checking on Sunday all day.  That isn't going to work for him. His normal schedule is 8-12 monday-friday mornings. That works for him. So yesterday he put in his notice. His last day is Friday. He seems relieved with it all.  He has been there for 4 years. Since before his heart attack. I think he will feel better. The money he made just went into a separate account for the car fund to maintain vehicles.  So it won't kill us financially.  We will hardly notice. As long as he is happy and at peace with his decision...it is all good. I think it is just time.

Any way.... now papa can drive me in the early mornings... and I will be safe!  Works for everyone!
