I love my life! I love this day! I am excited because my Heather is coming home!!!! It feels like forever since I have seen here! I miss her so much... we chat on the phone and stuff, but it is not the same. Her and my 4 grandsons are spending 2 nights with us so I got the bedroom ready and am super excited! I can't wait to hug my grandsons!!!! I can't wait to talk with them and hold them and love on them! That is when they are not off playing!!!! Tara and the girls are coming for dinner tonight. Papa is taking all day tomorrow off. There will be pictures... oh yes, there will be pictures!!!! I need it to quit raining, too!
Yesterday I cleaned. That was about it. I made a potato salad and put in the frig. I had a cheeseburger with mine for dinner... papa had sloppy joe's with his. They put papa back in Keyport doing inventory again. So he eats lunch in his car. Made me sad he doesn't eat with the others or have anyone he chooses to eat with. I am sure he doesn't care... but I feel bad.
We are having bacon, eggs and waffles tonight for dinner... one of Heather's requests. ;D I can handle cooking it. Tomorrow is taco's .... Heather loves her daddy's taco's!
Merle Haggard is 74 years old today! He is one of papa's favorite singers for sure!

Oh Joyce, I am SOOOOOO EXCITED for you! Yipppppeeeee! You are going to have fun with Heather and the boys! I can't wait to hear all about it and SEE MANY pictures:)

Happy happy days coming your way and lots of memories and photos to bring them back afresh in years to come. The emotions are always there in the heart, of those special days. - But the photos...(what you are VERY GOOD at capturing in the moments of your life)just put us right back in that moment again and again. Love it. Have yourself a MERRY weekend with your family, Joyce. And I am hoping hoping hoping that you guys can make the figures work out on paper and make RETIREMENT work for you. Sounds like you are ready for it. I am saying prayers for your mama's leg...such an ugly ouch!!!!! Bless her heart! She is a trooper! That means you will be too, (well. ..you ARE!)
