Sweet birthday treat!

I had the sweetest date last night with two of my favorite girls! Karla and Maddie took me for my birthday dinner at Red Lobster. Maddie was in the mood for crab!!!! And that is what she got!  Crab and fruit. She was a happy girl. I had fish and chips and Karla had lobster and shrimp.  It was good and we had a nice time talking.  Maddie makes me laugh the things that come out of her mouth!
Then we went to good will and Maddie got a couple books and a really cool reversible coat! She is into animal print right now! It is furry leopard on one side and a black more rain repellent other side with a hood and pockets... it is SO cute and she loves it!  Apparently I shrunk her coat in my dryer. Karla says my dryer shrinks all her clothes.  That makes me happy because I am NOT gaining weight... the dryer shrinks my clothes! ;D

Dylan and Joel were at opening day for the Mariners.  There was a tribute in memory of Dave Niehouse... which he said was awesome... but by the 4th quarter the game pretty much sucked. When we turned it on M's were losing bad!

Stopped at WalMart and got mama some chocolate soy milk and stuff and took it to her.  Got her out of bed again and visited for awhile!  Got home just before Papa so he helped me take the groceries in.  Watched some NCIS and went to bed. We were both tired. I think those grandkids wiped us out! lol!

Papa is out taking care of the lawn... I am running some errands and doing laundry, etc... the day is going good for only 9:50 a.m.!!!!!

I hope your weekend is sweet!!! xoxo

Dearest Joyce...I do hope you had a wonderful wonderful Happy birthday, even with all the little things coming your way that are negatives..
You sound like you are hanging in there and fighting them off with the sword of POSITIVE and OPTIMISTIC thoughts. RAH!...Yes...no matter what...God is always watching and knows what has come our way. He is so aware and totally in control of events. Circumstances are tools used to make us strong and sharper for the next battle. God is getting you razor sharp...yes? Keep your chin up. and Happy Happy Birthday...across the miles bloggy sis!!!! My commenter ability has been broken again...or down...or whatever is wrong with blogger on my computer...SOOOOOO frustrating. Rebooting did NOT work. I am hoping this will go through????? we shall see....Otherwise, I need a session with my techie girl again..
I am going to get a new computer one day and update like everybody else has in this house...but not right now...$$$$$$$!!!!!!! Hugs to you Joyce. So glad you had a blast with family...That means everything!
