A whole lot of nothing!!!!

This is me. See those eyes? You may not recognise me because I look like a man... but this is what I look like with my hair in a ponytail and all messy! ouch... my eye hurts, my head hurts, my chest hurts! Trust me.... this is me.
But my new background says to spread the sunshine.
It isn't sunny outside nor inside. But I will try.....

Not starting out sunny, but it is what it is.... my mom was taken to the hospital yesterday. Her heart rate has been high this past week and she went to her doctor yesterday and he ran an EKG etc and sent her to the hospital. They gave her an injection to slow her heart rate down. She may have to take a blood thinner. Doug thought they may have to zap her heart... lets hope it doesn't get down to that. She got to come home last night... so glad! Everyone sleeps better in their own bed. She goes back to the doctor today. Keep praying for her! What she has is Atrial fibulation... if you know what that means!

I made papa a double layer German Chocolate cake yesterday. Not that he needed to have it, but because I needed to do something nice for him. He was happy. I didn't let Makoa lick the spoon or beaters.... I learned from the past:Makoa is climbing on everything possible. He climbs up the dining room chairs but since they are pushed in he gets stuck and wants me to get him out. Happened twice yesterday. And, of course, I rescued him twice.

I need to go to the store but I feel like yuk. If this is allergies I have a huge case.
The new cell phone law goes into effect... no having a cell up to your ear anymore. You can talk on speaker or with a headset. And no texting. duh! I have trouble texting in a chair with no distraction... can't imagine while I am driving! lol! Is texting a word?
I have Kokomo today but not tomorrow. I will shop tomorrow.

My facebook friend of the day is on the right.... it is Cheryl Brazeau Narod! She is my cousin through marriage! Lanny's mom and her mom were sisters! She is one of the nicest people... very emotional and full of love! She loves her family and is so devoted to them! We love Cheryl!
And we love Maralyn.... pictured with her!!!
June 10, 2008... papa giving Andrew a hard time about something (as usual) and Andrew laughing. Papa is very good at making Andrew laugh! This memory picture is at one of Dylan's baseball games.
So I have been having wacky and crazy dreams this week..... sometimes they have been hard to figure out if it was a dream or reality. But I know last nights wasn't real. We went and saw Cesar ... the Dog Whisperer. In reality I love him. In my dream...I didn't like him. He was arrogant and didn't care about us or our dogs. Maddie wanted a picture with him and he didn't care. Amanda took a picture of the kids with him and he was super nice to her... but not to anyone else. weird dream.Papa is getting the van aligned on Saturday. I best go pay some bills. Have a wonderful day and may God bless it! xoxo

Just got Andrew's devotion for the day.... wow... Leviticus! Crazy boy! Here it is:

Leviticus 20: 1-10, 22-26! Take these laws given to the Isrealites and commit them to your life. I encourage you to read past verse ten to verse 21, if you can handle it.

I want to share more....
God established the detailed laws of personal cleanliness, sanitation, property rights, and sexuality in Leviticus not because He really enjoyed watching His people suffer under the burden of the Law. No. God gave them civil laws because He loved them. He knew that without these laws the people of Israel would kill themselves off in a matter of weeks. They would be sexually promiscuous (because every culture at that time associated sexual activity with the worship of the fertility gods), get infectious diseases, spread those diseases among innocent people and children, and wipe out the nation. God put hard and safe boundaries around His children to keep them from being infected both spiritually and physically.
As you look at the chart, notice all the areas that God was concerned with in the lives of His people. God cares about our lives, every little detail. He wants us to be holy and healthy. Knowing that we, under the New Testament, are not bound by the details of the Law, still pay attention to the spirit and motivation of the laws that you read. Ask God to expose you to places in your heart that are infected, that need a time of isolation, healing, cleansing, and reconciliation to Him.

Oh, I am so sorry that you are feeling well ~ BIG OLE HUGS for you!!!! Jpyce dear, I now what atrial fibrillation is...I work for a huge cardiology group, it is a cardiac dysrhythmia that happens when the upper two chambers of the heart fibrillate instead of a coordinated contraction. The medication will help her get back into a normal sinus rhythm, some people convert back to normal sinus rhythm ontheir own some need meds and some need to be cardioverted & if that doesn't help then they have what is called an ablation...it's done in the cath lab and takes several hours the patient is monitored during the entire procedure and the heart is paced throughout ~ it sounds scary but it's a very common thing...she'll do just fine...if you need me just shoot me an e-mail lplatt39@comcast.net. I can send you some info on it!!! No worries, I'm praying for her!!! Feel better sweet Joyce, blessings PRAYERS & hugs!!!
