YESTERDAY:
What a wonderful, wonderful day. Just such a happy day! I got to take Andrew and Lauren to school and I love to do that! It's a nice way to start the day! Then I went to Candice's to sit while the movers packed the boxes. There were 2 girls packing that were super nice!!! I also fed Teddy, her dog, and took him outside a few times. Worked on crosswords and read my book. It sounds boring but it was so relaxing! Papa brought me lunch at 2:45.... the packers did all they could for the day and knocked off at 3. Papa checked out how much my meds would cost at WalMart. Over $300!!!!!! Couldn't believe it. It is $130 at Group Health (which I thought was alot). Went back to GH to bite the bullet and refill it (I am out today!) and the price came down! From $130 to $40!!!! I love Janice, the pharmacist! She rocks! Got back in the van and noticed the paper I needed to turn in to the school district to stay on the sub list was due the 18th!!!! I ran up there and got there at 4:15! I think they closed at 4:30! As it was... I had to go way down the hall to find someone to turn it in! But I got it in on time! I don't want to take that foot out of the door... even though I haven't worked much! lol! Came home and got stuck at the bridge... but didn't mind because I was happy, in the shade, and with a good book! So I got to chill some more! And the love of your pets when you come home is great. All in all a great day.
I did get some sad news. Thelma Ryan passed away last Sunday. I didn't even know she was sick. She was 83 years old and died where Mary did... at the Hospice Center. It makes me sad that another one is gone. Julie, Dar and I all went through school together and after we graduated we started getting together and bringing our mom's out to dinner. It was always so much fun and we'd laugh so much! Then Bernice (Julie's mom) passed away about over 10 years ago and we just stopped doing it. It wouldn't be the same without her. From then on it was just running into Thelma at the store and about town. But we always got caught up. I will miss her. Her service is today at 3:00. Lost alot of people this past year. It is hitting mom hard. Meghan said the other day...."It must be so hard to lose your husband, brothers and sisters and friends." Yes. It must be.
Well... guess I will finish up with the rest of my stuff and wish you all blessings from God!
Andrews devotion:
PROVERBS 25: 21-22
If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat;
if he is thirsty, give him water to drink.In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head,
and the LORD will reward you.
Andrew's thoughts: Revenge is not yours to take, so don't think you can. Pray for your enemy and repay them with kindness. Treat others as you would want to be treated.

My photo of the day was taken on 6/19/94... it was in the local paper of Heather at graduation getting hugs and kisses from her daddy!!!!! Love this picture!
My facebook friend of the day is a girl I went to high school with... Cindy Fredrickson Rice! She is and was always such a kind person. I've never heard a bad word about her... which means alot in a small town! lol! I'm glad she my facebook friend!!!
Well... school is out... where is summer?What to Expect:
Cool and showery today with a chance of some mountain thunder storms. Low pressure moving into Oregon will spin clouds and showers over Western Washington, most prevalent in the central and south Sound, less so north. Look for some afternoon sun breaks. Highs in the mid 60s with southwest wind to 10 mph. Sunday sees generally cloudy skies with a few breaks, and spotty drizzle. Highs stay in the low to mid 60s. Weather warms and dries midweek with highs near 70 Tuesday.
