Baseball ... lots of baseball!

Great memory picture taken June 5, 1988 Brad and Tara at the baseball park back in the old days! That is 22 years ago! Wow.

My facebook friend of the day is: Carolyn Minder! She is the 'mom'! She has lots of kids our ages and was always very active in their lives. Especially baseball! That's how I got to know her! Her and husband went to all the games! She is sweet, caring and a great mom! I love this woman!

I really am wondering now how many hours I have spent at Snyder Park (the local little league field). I went to almost all my little brothers games for 7 years... then to our kids games for over 5 years... now to the grand kids the past 5 years or so! I wish I could get paid for my time there.Does anybody else have trouble seeing my whole page on here? Papa has problems seeing the right hand side. Just wondering if I should go back to 2 column?

Sounds like Patrick was having a wonderful birthday and it was extending to the weekend! So happy for him! His mama does birthdays good! ;D

Yesterday I had no baby. Karla and I worked on her getting mom's pictures transferred from my computer to a scan disk... my computer wouldn't do it so I had to put them on a CD and go to Karla's so she could do it. What an ordeal. Much larger than I thought! I ran and got Dylan from school because she was working on it. She had it done when we got back and it works great! THANK YOU KARLA!!! Went to mom's and Rick (big bro), Lois (big sis), Libby (little sis) and her husband Kevin were all there so I plugged it in and we watched it! And watched it..... and watched it. Kevin and Libby left. Rick went to the store for dog food. Lois and I went to DQ to get dinner and mom was still watching it. lol! I need to fix it though. Too many of my grand kids. I was afraid of that happening. She loves them but it is obvious I put it together! yikes! I had a great time at mom's spending time with family! Papa and I are going there today, too.

My sister, Lois, lost some weight and looks great! There is some incentive. I started cutting back on my carbs. That is my culprit. I am very proud of my sister and need to do the same!

Andrew won't be sending his devotion for awhile I imagine. Jo and Riley spent the night at their home and they went to Goonies so I am sure he is sleeping in or hanging out. It is the weekend you know. When he usually does his devotion he is on the school bus. He takes his Bible and starts reading... then does his devotional. He's not on the bus this morning. Kids have 2 weeks of school left! Wonder what he'll do then? I hope he sticks with it. For now I will post one of my favorite verses:Toby has been moping around. I am not sure if he doesn't feel good or misses Sandy. Either is not good.

I haven't checked the weather lately so lets see....

Weather to Expect:
Finally it feels like June as high pressure builds, bringing sun and warmer temps. Highs reach the upper 60s to lower 70s with light north wind. Change comes Sunday as a weak system passes to the south, adding clouds and a chance of showers. Highs will be a little cooler, in the mid 60s. Expect another dry day with a mix of sun and clouds Monday. Rain showers threaten again late Tuesday through most of the rest of next week.
