HAPPY 7TH BIRTHDAY TO MY RILEY-GIRL!!!! I can't believe she is 7 already! SEVEN! She was just a baby!!! Let me tell you about our Riley..... Riley is sugar and spice! Riley is so full of life and fun! Everything is fun to her and she is always smiling and happy. She is very smart, loves babies, loves to sing, and loves to talk! She is such a blessing to all of us and we love her so much! Thank you, Father, for the gift of Rileygirl! Of course I want to share my favorite pictures to describe our girl....

Her and Jordan are very close.... they love each other very much although they both think they are boss.... just like sisters!

Of course there are these days..... she can't ALWAYS smile....
But ya don't see frowning faces often.... Riley loves to play games
to sing and perform....
and loves her cousins..... the triplets I call them. They are all within 8 months of the same age.

Riley is also a "sleeper".... that girl can sleep anywhere, anytime. If she is tired she will sleep!

I'm so glad I get no visitors... I would be so embarrassed! Papa is off from Walmart tonight so it should be clean for him! Going to make him a nice chicken and rice dinner.
Had a good time with Mary, as usual! Took her to her eye specialist... he was super pleased with her vision and how she looked! Then went to another clinic to get her blood drawn for Thursdays appt, then went to the bank, then went to Central Market to drop off a prescription. I had to go to the bakery dept where Mary's daughter-in-law (my bff) Sharon is working to let her know so she could pick up her meds after work. Got to see her hubby (Lanny's bff) Ron there and visit for a minute. Got some sad news from him.... please keep my friend Sharon and her family in your prayers..... he told me she just found out her dad and twin sister both have cancer. They live on the east coast. Please pray! I feel so bad for her being so far away and she worries anyway. Her mom just got thru battling cancer and is doing good now.
Anyway.. next we went for a bite to eat at Stella's... Mary had her favorite salad and I had a sandwich (chicken and Parmesan). I gave Mary my soup and ate half of my sandwich. (Dropped the second half off with Dylan on the way home). It was such a goooooood sandwich! num. Next we drove up to WalMart singing with Dean Martin - "That's Amore" to get a few things. I got a toaster for $6.54! Now Papa can throw ours out the window (figure of speech... i think). Stopped and got her mail and took her home... she was tired. Me too. Long day... but productive!
I got a call from my sons last night! Shock! Ryan called to tell me about his grades... he aced this quarter of his apprenticeship program! He is very smart! I am so proud of him!!!! And Kevon called to see how I did on my test. He thought I took it already. That was nice that he even called. I usually never hear from him unless I call. I guess they do love me and think of me!
I want you to see what happens at my house if you are the last one to go to bed at night. No room left!
I did get into bed.... after taking Nyquil.... slept great until 7:30!!! Have a great day all!Weather to Expect:
Get ready for another round of rain, wind, and heavy mountain snow. There will be a few showers as you get out the door this morning, but the rain and wind will be picking up for the evening commute. The next storm will bring strong winds this afternoon and evening, up to 60 mph gusts are expected along the coast and north interior. A High Wind Warning will take effect at 1 pm for those areas. A Wind Advisory for the central sound will take effect at 1 pm as well where gusts could reach 50 mph. Rain will become more widespread and the snow will be heavy at times for the mountains through Thursday. A Winter Storm Warning is taking effect for the mountains where 2 to 3 feet of snow is possible for the North Cascades. Snow levels will start at 2,500' today before rising to 4,500' tomorrow.
The storm front will be stalling over us, so the rain will be persistent through the remainder of the work week with showers holding through the upcoming weekend.

What a precious girl! Happy Birthday Riley. I loved all the pictures, my favorites are the first one... sweet angelic face and beautiful hair and eyes. AND I love the one of her with your hand under her chin. Don't get me wrong, they are all precious but those are my favs! I will be praying for Sharon and her family. Sounds like that family deserves a break from the stinking cancer. Love to all and hope your evening is restful!

You can just see the life and spirit in Riley's smile. She is so cute. I love the triplets!!!! And, yes, I bet y'all will have your hands full when they're all three 16. Can you even imagine?
