lab results already in....

Well, the lab results are already in! Mostly great news! First of all.... I am no longer anemic! That is great! Anemia has weird symptoms: shortness of breath, chest pain, light headedness, desire to chew ice all the time (or cardboard...look it up!), fragile nails, all sorts of things! All of that has disappeared! Also all my other levels are wonderful, except my cholesterol is slightly up. Doc emailed me and she doesn't want to medicate me for that... so I promised to stop the eggs in the morning and substitute them with oatmeal or cheerios. I love both so it should be easy. I'm pretty happy. I feel so good.... just need to get the weight off and I'll be doing better. Working on that.

My morning was so great yesterday... I posted about it below. My afternoon was kind of a let down. Nothing bad... just boring. Did some housework, daytime tv is awful, called mama, waited for papa. That was it. Papa is sleeping in this morning... his day off! So... not sure what today will bring. Hope yours is wonderful with God's blessings!

If you like scrambled eggs, use egg beaters. Soy milk is also great for bringing cholesterol down. I don't like vanilla but the chocolate is doable for me. Good luck.

I have to watch my cholesterol also. I use the egg beaters and they aren't so bad and I also drink either soy or almond milk. Almond milk tastes more like cows milk. Goat milk is suppose to be good for people with high cholesterol, but I can't get past the smell.
Glad you are feeling better! Have a good weekend
