wow...what a night! First of all....HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY GRANDSON, PARKER! He is 11 today! Such a big boy, too! I adore that boy....he is sleeping on my couch and looking as sweet as sugar! Patrick is on the loveseat, Riley, Jo and Lauren are on the floor in the den, Andrew is on the livingroom couch, and Heather is in the spare room with Josh and Jared! Full house last night! I LOVE IT!!!! My day started out by finishing my housework and picking up Lauren and Andrew. We parked at McDonald's again and watched the parade! The kids really scored on candy! It was fun. Snuck out when we could see the end of the parade coming and left the back way. Lauren went home because Ben and Ashlyn were coming over to play. Andrew came home with me and finished making Parkers gift (a naruto drawing). Heather was the first to show with the kids...and then Karla and family. Brad and Tara got stuck at the bridge again. It always happens to her!!!! Good thing Heather brought the icecream cakes! We had a hodgepodge of food. We had pizza, fried chicken, chile, cornbread, hotdogs, and chips! There was me, Heath, Karla & Joel, Brad & Tara and all the kids but Lauren. Ryan and Adam dropped her and some fireworks off later! All the grandkids slept over but Maddie and Dylan...Dylan was sick with allergies. We watched the neighbors shoot theirs and later we shot ours. Heather stayed on the porch with Riley and Jared for some of it....it was too much for them. It was so cool! Sorry parents....don't read this....but the kids got to bed about 10:30-11! Riley, Lauren, me, Papa and Andrew were having hotdogs around 10:15! We got hungry!!!! I don't know how the kids fell asleep. I got REAL loud around here. Riley loved watching out the window and then watching on tv. As long as she's not too close she is happy. I think everyone will sleep in for awhile. We slept til 6! Will try and post pictures later! Today we're all going to check out Amanda's work on the house....then going to bb practice and then Maddie's birthday party!!!! Should be a great day!!!! Hope your 4th was safe & fun! God bless!
