down time today....

Today I am just taking Lauren swimming and thats it. Where is the sun? Yesterday was fun. Went to lessons and then we went to the free movie in Poulsbo. They didn't have the Veggie Tales movie (Pirates)....so they subbed it with KungFu Panda....which thrilled many people including our kids. They decided not to see Teenage Mutant Turtles and see that instead. The movie doesn't thrill me but whatever. There are some funny parts. I wouldn't buy it though. Maddie, Andrew and Lauren came over after the movie and we hung out all day. Andrew and Maddie played a lot together. She is a tough girl when it comes time to wrestle. She don't take nothing from Andrew! Took them to the softball game. Lots of injuries....Amanda pulled a groin muscle, Karla pulled a muscle in her leg, Meghan got cleated....not good for my girls! Tara did an excellent catch in center left and a great hit. The guys did good as usual. Called Mary and wished her happy birthday. Lanny and I both talked with her and Dick. First time since April, I think. Today is the day Lanny went into the hospital last year. Really depresses me. I don't know why. It was the worst time of our lives....that may be why. It was so hard to stay up and positive during that time. I'm helping him with his resume right now so he can move up at work but he is having trouble remembering employment dates. He remembers his military dates and that's about it. Lord help us. Well....hope you all have a great day and may God bless it!
