Ma, motor homes, and it's Monday!

I don't know why I am struggling with my Blog today.  Just one of those day where everything has got kinks in it.

Our two moms....in heaven together now!

Today marks the 4th year since ma passed away. (Lanny's mom) I called her Ma because he did. She was awesome and I adored her. She truly was my 2nd mom. I loved being around her. I loved talking with her. There will never be another person like her in my life.  I miss her.  She died of stomach cancer... a very painful death.  She loved the Lord and there is the peace and joy we have...knowing she left this painful place and is in a place of peace and happiness.... pain-free. And we will be with her again.  Thank you, God!  Here is my link for her.....

We had a pretty good weekend. It was quiet. We picked up Maddie and Dylan and went to Lauren's soccer game. They lost and we won't talk about the score.  After the game we went to the Poulsbo's Farmers Market and the kids got some stuff to eat and drink. I'm not a big fan of Farmers Markets...but Dylan wanted to go.  Took Dylan home and then brought the girls home with us.  They spent the night.  Papa had bought a twin air mattress for Maddie so she was pretty excited to use it. Lauren likes the couch. No more musical beds and they are both happy and comfortable. We have a double bed in the toy room but no one ever wants to sleep in there. lol!  We may end up removing it.

Been thinking about a plan for the future.  I think something that would be awesome is to sell this place in a couple of years and get a motor home.  Then travel the country for a year or two....see America while we can. Then when we are tired of that....we sell it and move into Senior Housing until we die.  Cool plan, huh?  Gives us something to think about anyway.

Papa and I are hooked on this show called "Leverage". Never saw it before but it is a good show. It started in 2008 and is still running.

The weather has been absolutely amazing. Blue sky every day and the gorgeous sunshine!  It has been chilly out though.  Fall is in the air. There is no denying it. We cannot decide to open or shut the door. We haven't turned the heat on yet. Just called to get the propane tank filled. We are holding off on using heat.... as long as possible. Here is our weather coming up....

If I was smart....that is a big IF... I would have a yard sale this weekend! Would be a good time to get rid of all the stuff we have! We don't need so much stuff!  I've been looking at all the books I have....and have read.... and need to get rid of.

Dr. Phil is on and Lindsay Lohen's mom is on.... don't think I will watch this... she is too weird.  I don't know if she is really a camera whore or crazy or truthful or drunk?  I am changing some of my tv habits.  For example.... I have been watching the Housewives series....Orange County, Atlanta, and recently the New York one. But it is not good for me to watch these.....they are like soaps.  They are addictive and so full of anger and nastiness. Why do I want this in my head?  I also had a little thing with Days of Our Lives the past year....but cut that out of my life.  Now we watch Wagon Train every day.  I don't know how Lanny got me into that show. I also watch a lot of cooking shows....not that I cook. I am confusing and confused.
