Wow.... it is February. I'm glad. I like February. It means winter is almost over and Spring is on it's way! We have not had any accumulation of snow this year!!! It came down but didn't really stick. That is weird for around here. The rest of the country got it! Especially my family in South Dakota!
I woke up before papa left and feel like I'm ready to go back to bed now! lol!
Here is my picture of the day taken in 1986! The kids always had contests, wrestling and games and stuff. Here is Heather watching Kevon and Tara break the house record of holding someone up! They did it for 20 minutes! Bet they couldn't do it now! lol!
I want to wish cousin David DeLay a happy birthday today! That guy is going places. He has been traveling everywhere and he just filmed a TV pilot. Don't even know what all he has produced and directed but I know he's done music video's with Amy, too (his sis). He is my favorite cousin (Bob) and Linda's boy. Nice guy.
So all afternoon we watched the freakiest movie I've ever seen! I had trouble keeping up with it so kept asking Lanny what was going on. It was a good vs. evil movie with lots of praying and speaking about God... and I never got if the evil was suppose to be Satan because it would possess bodies of people Freaky. That's all I can say.
I didn't get to see the Grammy's. Papa hates those kind of shows with a passion! I could have recorded it but I know I will see all the highlights anyway. I did hear that Michael Jackson's two oldest accepted his Lifetime Achievement award. That is nice.... they are such good looking kids. I hope they have a good life.
Taking Mary to her eye appointment and Papa is off tonight. I'm so sick of trying to figure out what to make for dinner. And Papa is so bored with meals..... but he doesn't like me to experiment either. So there. Maybe we'll have steak! Num. Can never go wrong there.

It really IS Monday and the weekend went by pretty quick. It is pretty cold here today, I am in for the rest of the day. Love the picture from 1986. I can remember doing that, not lately:) Happy Birthday cousin David... I have a cousin David too and a Nephew David. Oh well, really has nothing to do with anything today.
