Grey skies are going to clear up... put on a happy face!

I'm going to have breakfast with one of my bff's this morning! Candice and I are meeting in Poulsbo and spending the morning together catching up! We have so much to say!!!! ;D I miss her. Don't know when the last time we've seen each other... we usually just catch up on the phone. My house is pretty clean so maybe will tackle the bedroom again when I get home. (That was quick.... just got a cold and Morgan is really sick with that nasty cough... we rescheduled to two weeks from today.)

Yesterday morning there was an accident on the bridge... a guy fell into a pontoon (a worker) and is in serious condition. There were several cops, firetrucks, ambulances, etc. On my way home there were 4 staters at the beginning of the bridge, 2 in the middle on the bridge, and 4 on the other side! I think a sub had gone through.... haven't read anything but talk about overkill! You'd think it was a convention! Never saw anything like it.

I went and had my blood drawn. I love the girl at Group Health. She is sweet and doesn't hurt me. My labs came back already and every thing is pretty normal except my cholesterol and blood sugar is a tad high... nothing to treat with meds though. So that is good. Guess I best start reading and working on the diet now. yippee.

Speaking of diet.... met mom at her appointment and we drove to Silverdale together and had breakfast. It was so nice.... I feel more comfortable with her than almost anyone. We talk about anything and everything... anyone and everyone. It was wonderful!

Came home and cleaned and moved some things around. Ranted on my blog about the child rapist. Caught up on some shows. Made a nice dinner for Papa. That was about it!

Weather To Expect:
Expect increasing rain this morning with showers holding strong throughout the day. Not much sun for your Thursday with high temperatures in the upper 50s and low 60s. Cold and moist air continues to stream in tomorrow leaving showers in the forecast along with lower temperatures. Highs will stay on the chilly side with mid to upper 50s. The weekend ahead looks much drier. A stray shower is still in the forecast on Saturday with some sun mixed in and highs in the mid to upper 50s. Sunday brings more sunshine with temperatures back into the low 60s. We'll keep the sun going into early next week with temperatures holding in the mid 60s.
